The hotel is in a good location, relatively central, and a lot of things can be reached on foot (even if you have to walk longer). The rooms have a TV and air conditioning but seem a bit run down/dated and are comparatively very loud and allow a lot of noise to come through the windows and doors.
The kitchen and the utensils (pans, cutlery, kitchen appliances, etc.) were not in good condition, either visually or hygienically. If you want to use them, you must first clean them thoroughly.
The food was good, but it's not exactly described what you're eating. For example, you order a beef burger (when asked, they say it's only beef) and it's filled with cocks, which isn't described anywhere Although there is a lot on the menu, not everything is there. You cannot order various things from the menu, a reason is not given, only that you cannot order them.
Checking in and out was relatively relaxed and problem-free.
A big drawback is that the employees almost exclusively only speak Spanish, except at the check-in desk where English is also spoken.

Fantastic rooms with everything you need and close to the old town and local supermarket. We enjoyed it so much we returned when we got back from Bocas.

Nach einem Hotelwechsel hier i Panama waren wir hier positiv überrascht anders als in dem anderen Hotel funktionierte hier alles.Mitarbeier sprechen englisch reagieren sofort wenn was nicht geht es ist super sauber.Die Zimmer sind groß .Dieses Hotel empfehle ich weiter .

This is a great place to stay with family. I came with my husband and two kids (ages 5 & 9). We stayed for 3 nights. It was very clean and comfortable. Location was great. My kids loved the pool. The staff was very professional and friendly. A special thank you to Dwayne for providing suggestions and answering all my questions about Panama City and to Nicholas for arranging transportation for us to go to the Gamboa Rainforest Reserve. Highly recommend! We will absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Panama City!
