The hotel was great location and easy to get around. The here was a little mart and restaurant right next door and it was delicious and service was great too. A great experience all around.

The hotel was okay. The cleaning staff were very friendly, the front desk staff were pretty hit or miss, and some seemed disinterested. The room was small but comfortable and the price is good, but there are honestly better hotels for similiar prices. Location is great, but several of the hotels previously mentioned are around the same area. Overall my stay was good, but would never be my first choice.

The room is very large, and it's spacious enough to store your luggage. Convenient transportation. There is a subway station nearby within a few minutes' walk. There is a 24-hour convenience store next door downstairs, and there is a 24-hour restaurant at the intersection further east. Everything is very convenient. The front desk manager CESAR R. was very nice and upgraded me to a suite, which made my six-night stay very comfortable. I will choose this hotel first next time I come back.

There was hair in the sink, but luckily the hotel is conveniently located near a 24-hour convenience store, a restaurant, and even a laundry run by a Chinese auntie.

The hotel was very good overall, especially for the price-quality ratio, what was a little bad was the internet.

The room was nice and the service was very good. So can the surroundings.

Everything was very good although they should ask the staff and cleaning staff not to make so much noise in the mornings. It is important for guests who want to rest and sleep a little more.

When I arrived after a 16-hour trip, I received a great deal of attention at reception. The receptionist was very rude and I got a dirty room with cockroaches and no towels. The safe was broken and a light, TV as well.
