During our stay, we noticed the curtains and lampshade in the room were disappointingly dirty. While most staff members were friendly, one front desk staff handled a situation with a soiled pillowcase unprofessionally. Although we were willing to pay $10 each for replacements, addressing the issue by calling us to the front desk instead of discreetly visiting our room was awkward, especially with other guests present in the lobby. Additionally, the room was booked for three guests, so consistently having to request the third towel and coffee cup was extremely inconvenient. Despite these issues, the overall stay was satisfactory.

Facilities excellent, rooms always clean.
Very good varied breakfast, the only novelty was presented at the entrance because it did not reflect the reservation, I do not share the alternative solution by the establishment because they demanded a guarantee until the novelty was resolved, value that was refunded on the 3rd day.

In general, the hotel was very nice. It was scrupulously clean, which was very important for our stay. The staff were pleasant and spoke various languages. The only concern was the sense that the property needed some renovation. I would recommend this hotel for someone who wanted a clean room without a lot of frills located in the Cangrejo area of Panama City.

Een hotel dat versleten is en toe aan een grondige renovatie. Versleten omdat je overal sporen ziet van veroudering. Zelfs op de toiletbril is dit zichtbaar. Brandschoon. Vriendelijk personeel. Waardeloos ontbijt in een te kleine ruimte voor het hotel. Plastic stoelen! Zwembad op het dak sfeerloos en nietszeggend.
