The hotel is relatively old. On the first night, there were three power outages, two in the room and one on the floor waiting for the elevator. It was quite scary.
The location is convenient, but there isn't much to visit downstairs. It's not far from the best mall and the old town (by car). The indoor swimming pool is not big, the water quality is OK and the temperature is comfortable. The fitness room is a bit small. The room was quite big and the breakfast was lackluster. There are many five-star hotels in Panama City that are actually not expensive. In addition, the hotels in the old town are more stylish. If I hadn’t gone with the group, I wouldn’t have chosen it.
Bottled water in the room is only provided on the first day of stay, and will not be given again no matter how long the stay is. After confirming this rule with the front desk, I just thought it was weird.

Location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the waterfront and you can walk to nearby malls. The only con with the hotel is the breakfast staff. They were not up to the standards of the hotel and had to be asked to refill water and milk in the communal jugs. They seemed very overwhelmed by their tasks and were not proactive enough. Aside from that, the hotel was very good.

The location of the hotel is okay, but the surrounding roads are rather old. There are not many choices for breakfast. The most annoying thing is that the hotel only provides drinking water on the day of check-in, and the service attitude is not good
