Location not too bad just round the corner from metro 5 de mayo station. Staff friendly - Check-in we got charged €10 dollars more, after writing to trip was refunded. Room was spacious , air con too loud and windows don’t open.

Very well located hotel, daily room service, spacious room with king size bed and air conditioning that works well (a little noisy), there is even a small fridge in the room Negative point, there was no hot water in the shower during my stay

The room facilities are average, the bathroom sink leaks a bit, and there is no hot water for showering. The quilt problem was solved through Ctrip.

The rooms are spacious, I got one like this, not all the rooms have a working safe, I had to move, they write that there is a safe, and then look up in surprise. I read in the reviews that the air conditioner was noisy, it hums like a turbine, I have never seen such air conditioners before, it is fixed at the bottom, square, the fan can be heard even behind the door, it is a problem to fall asleep. The staff is normal, France Square is nearby, it is beautiful, it is easy to get to the Panama Canal, there is trade right on the street around, I like it. There is a good cafe-canteen about 200 meters away, you move with a tray, you see the prepared food and show what to put on it, it is important when you do not know the language, there are first and second courses, inexpensive, tasty.

The location is good and it's easy to move around. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, so it may be difficult for those who are sensitive to sleep.

This is not the first time I have been to this hotel! Everything you need is within walking distance and there are no problems with staff if you have a guest. The terrace upstairs is a plus, as are the marble furniture and spacious rooms. There are definitely some drawbacks, but the price partly compensates for them!
