The hotel was nicely appointed & clean. I was upgraded to a corner room with some amazing views. Overall the room was ver nice…and I’m particular about where I stay!!! The drawbacks were that the room never got really cool. It got down to maybe 75 F. At times the heat disrupted my sleep. Additionally, there was a damp order in the Hallway & in my room. I always bring air freshener so that did help some. The staff was friendly & attentive. Kevin was awesome!!! SN: the breakfast buffet isn’t worth it.

Les prix est très correct pour les 5 étoiles cela se discute. Les chambres sont bien mais sans plus. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont bien et les prix raisonnables. En revanche, les vitres des chambres sont très sales. La piscine est petite et dommage de ne pas avoir un bar à côté. Bref, c’est correct mais bcp de choses améliorables pour faire un vrai 5 étoiles.

A nice hotel in the new part of Panama city. It's central, so there are many things to do around. Although we were the second group to stay there after the lockdown, everything was great. Excellent rooms, very kind and helpful stuff and very good food. Everything was fine.

Building is really old, they gave us the most expensive room although we asked for another one, but the reservation system on the webpage didn't work. Rooms are nice and location is okay but we didn't get any towels on the second day, all gone. Limited breakfast option for the extra charge we paid for the breakfast. Wouldn't recommend for a city trip.

We got the suite with a great view and fresh room with a big bathroom and bathtub. Nice complimentary stiff in the room and alot of different lightning options. The staff was very accommodating and nice. Very good and would definitely stay again!

Si algún día regreso a esta ciudad sin dudarlo me volvería a hospedar ahí, en la entrada hay un agradable sujeto con toda la disponibilidad para ayudarte con tu equipaje, el servicio de recepción es rápido y muy cordial, la habitación estuvo espectacular cama muy grande cómoda. El servicio de su personal fue excelente, pedí un room service y no espere mucho tiempo, la persona que me lo subió fue muy amable y con buen sentido del humor.. El desayuno también estuve muy bueno, la comida deliciosa y la chica que nos atendió fue muy amable y eficiente, lamentablemente se me olvido su nombre pero agradezco las atenciones que tuvo conmigo. El hotel está bien ubicado cerca de bancos y tiendas de conveniencia. Espero algún día no muy lejano volver
