服務很好哦， 停車能停到大門口，直接進入前台辦理入住，方便衞生，枕頭大小有6隻，佔了半床空間，房間大的很，

Da vi ankom til hotellet kom der en mand der tog vores bagage med ind på en vogn. I receptionen blev vi mødt af en receptionist, som kun sagde det mest nødvendige, og på et tidspunkt stod vi alle blot og ventede, men vi vidste ikke på hvad. Da vi var færdige, måtte vi selv håndtere vores bagage fra vognen, og vi fik ingen info om, hvor vores værelse var, så vi måtte selv prøve os frem.
Der var ingen service, og hver gang vi gik gennem receptionen, blev vi mødt af den samme receptionist, der hverken udviste venlighed eller et servicegen.
Desuden var vi næsten alene på hele hotellet på trods af, at det er ret stort.
Vores værelse var ret stort, og egentlig fint nok, men beliggenheden var elendig. Der var ikke meget i nærheden.

Easy to say, right in the heart of Panama City. Check in took about 3 minutes. The staff, are smiles and helpful. And thier restaurant is great food and zen on relaxation.

The customer service was great. Everyone I encountered were very nice and helpful. The receptionist even help to coordinate a Tour to San Blas Islands for me.

Easy check in, the restaurant serves good food, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is older, but seems well maintained, and the price is very affordable. And I don’t need super new and shiny to have a comfortable happy stay.

I have stayed at Hotel Terranova several times this year 2023 it is two star hotel that I really like it for many reasons like for example the location is excellent as it is close to everything like banking, businesses, the metro station, night entertainment, restaurants, etc.
The personnel is very friendly, respectful and always helpful.
The restaurant breakfast and meal choices are excellent.
As to the cleanliness there's personnel doing daily cleaning and they are always caring for you.
Best hot shower of Panama, no doubt about it, but the shower pan on all rooms need some renovations.
I have mentioned on previous reviews that the hotel needs better illumination on all rooms.
Air Conditioning is excellent as well.
The hotel offers bicycle rentals and transportation service for a fee to and from the airport.
