It was very well located, excellent cleanliness.

MY OPINION, IN GENERAL IS GOOD, BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER, IMPROVING CERTAIN DETAILS SUCH AS: THE LACK OF COMMI**ENT ON THE PART OF THE CHECK-IN DESK REGARDING THE REQUIREMENT, PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED x WSP TO EXCHANGE DOLLARS x COLOMBIAN PESOS, SOMETHING THAT IT NEVER HAPPENED, BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THE PERSONS IN CHARGE, THEY DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO DO IT. UNTIL THE LAST DAY OF WANTING CHANGES ONLY 10 DOLLARS AND NOT BEING ABLE TO DO IT. THE BREAKFAST LOWERED A LOT OF QUALITY WHEN IT WAS CARRIED OUT BUFFET INSTEAD OF A LA CARTE LIKE THE FIRST DAY. THE QUALITY OF THE ORANGE JUICE IS VERY POOR, I WOULD SAY VERY POOR. THERE WAS NO KIND OF VARIETY OF DOUGHS OR SWEET BISCUITS. VERY LOW AND POOR QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF COLD COLD, SOMETHING ONLY SIMILAR TO HAM. IN DEFINITELY, JUST WITH A LITTLE MORE ATTENTION, IT CAN BE IMPROVED A LOT

Centrally located hotel with many shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Leah is one of the ladies at the front desk and she is great. Always very polite and helpful when needed. The room was clean and tidy. My only concern was that the bathroom was a bit slippery and I almost fell twice. In general, the staff are friendly, even the maintenance staff will greet you with a smile. This is not common in Panama as sometimes the customer service is not great.

The location is good and the room is suitable, but it is expected that it takes 40 minutes to check in for two people in Panama, especially when there are only two people in the steamy lobby. The room does not have a/c, but the a/c in other rooms is very noisy , the thin walls and doors amplified the noise, overall it's a decent place to stay in Panama.
