View is excellent ...magical even. Food and breakfast is good. Huge property which has tennis courts. Lots of Greenery and nice place to walk around. Owner is very kind and courteous to make us feel comfortable. Pool was not clean and gaming area was not functional. Also bathrooms are small and not well lit. Bathing area should be demarcated from the rest as water fills everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay at Ravine Hotel in Panchgani. It is at a great location and a must visit to experience the valley view from the room, their great hospitality and greenery around the place. The staff were all super nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The owner is such a down to earth guy. Came over to chat with us a couple times and really made the place feel homey.

As per the price, the hotel was okay. Hygiene not that great. Also, the food was expensive and not tasty at all. I would definitely never visit again.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel property is big and beautiful. The food is amazing it taste like home food. There are some negatives of this hotel that is the game room was poorly maintained as the billiards balls were missing and the carrom coins were also missing, the game room was poorly lite. Adding to that the swimming pool was dirty and not maintained at all which was a utter disappoin**ent for this price point, but otherwise a decent experience.

During our 2 night stay single lift at the hotel was out of order
for senior citizens like us difficult to use staircase to go the 2 nd floor
considering off season they cud have shifted to ground floor as no of rooms were empty

Overall the stay at property was ok ok. As the valley view rooms view was awesome but there was lack of maintainence in rooms as well as bathrooms. Even the common room was not maintained. Food was good. Service of staff was not up to mark

Residents of the hotel get a great view of the valley krishna and savitri rivers. The staff is good and breakfast is great.
