The staff behaviour, and they give what they promise. Best thing i liked you order food, water whatever, waiters they just deliver and disappear, no useless talks, side enquiry conversation.

Owner was helpful. He received my calls even at 1am in the morning. But the washroom was really small and bad, so experience was not that good.

I found this restaurant to be very average as per the price. But actually in kalka there were very few good hotels near railway station so it was fine. I stayed 1 day only and station is approx 10-15 min from the place. Room was okay but washroom was very bad. Basin was leaking. So gave less rating

we did not check in due poor room asthetics as soon as u opened washroom door cockroaches big one weee seen we went to lotus hotel though we paid you.room not properly maintained.washroom not goodi will rate it 2.thank you but dont show misleading pictures as it was embarassing as i went with my daughter and wife.. we could not stay.
