Rude staff , dusty rooms and no Privacy . Checked in and checked out in 2 hours . The staff did not care and were rude about any thing and everything . Very low standards of cleanliness and they did not want to change anything

The hotel has a perfect location there are just two hotels in the block so ample parking within one km are markets of sec 10 9 you can get anything you need Rooms are spacious and clean service courteous food good and reasonably priced Airtel signal does not work in some rooms then one can use hotel WiFi on one device Refrigerator in the rooms do not work otherwise it is a good place to stay for a day or two

Worst!! I stayed here for 3 days and it touched new low everyday . Cable stopped working after the first day. Restaurant is a hub for disease. There was đŸª³ in the sandwich and tea is made with burnt milk. They will even try to charge you for your complimentary water. First room we were given stinked like a public toilet with no windows. Please don't waste money here.

I was traveling with my family, 6 of us, had booked 3 rooms in the said hotel. The rooms allocated to us were on the 4th floor, the doors were broken, no cleanliness, no heater in the room, the walls were cracked with leakages. Also there was a wedding at the same time and hence the music was so loud that we could not sleep properly as well until 02:00 am. The food service was also pretty slow and very limited options in Jain. Although the location is good but does not make sense to travel all the way for this hotel.
