We had a lovely time and enjoyed a lot. Hi tea in the boat was excellent. Mr Tej Singh is an excellent Manager and goes out of the way to help. Resort is also all about heritage. They have preserved well. Good food and good pool. Overall a nice place to go with friends and family.

This resort is situated in the midst of a scenic area surrounded by tall trees and provides a mix of camping with luxury. The staff was extremely gracious. While Mr. Ramesh did our booking and was a warm host, Mr. Tej Singh was our activities partner. He was a generous host and was helpful at every stage. Lake side assistance was provided by Abhay. He too was very courteous and knew his job well. It's a good place for a short holiday with friends and family.

We had booked 1 night stay at Champaner Heritage resort in Lake view tent. We had an amaxing time at the resort. Right from the welcome at reception by Mr Tej pratap to the entire process of checkin, food, games, services, anything you ask was done so professionally and with all hospitality. Thanks to all staff especially Thapa Vikash Trun ji. Tej singh. We will surely come again.

The resort is a family friendly place, a lot of places to move around, the resort was very clean and the pool was good as well. Kayaking experience was best for us and food was tasty as well. We took the royal nest room and it was the best experience with nature.

Have been in champaner heritage resort in heritage suite for 2 nights. It was serene and wonderful experience. Staff was very polite and helpful. Mr.singh was very kind. Food was good. One can visit with family for sure. Rooms: 4 Staff service: 5 Food:4 Cleanliness:4

It was Pleasant experience. Great place with excellent plantation, birds all around, polite and cooperative staff (Tej Singh, Thapa ji and all people at reception, restaurant including room service) , good food and service. People are customer friendly and always ready to support. Little bit costly but must visit place if you love nature, want to rest and stay away from human created pollution and experience relaxing and refreshing experience.

Very beautiful heritage resort with 3000 Mango trees! Staff members Tej singh, Brun Nayak, Tarun Thapa and Chef Mirza were very nice and friendly. One suggestion related to food - in month of May- include fresh mangos (pulp or as salad) and achar in the menu because that is the main attraction during summer time.
