Hotel is about 1.8 km from Alona Beach, and they provide a free shuttle service. The place is quiet and great for a good night’s sleep. The room was clean, though there’s still room for improvement. Staff were friendly, and the swimming pool was nice. Breakfast is à la carte with limited choices and mainly Filipino style. I also received a free upgrade to a family room, which was a nice surprise.
One suggestion for the hotel: prepare a clearer and better floor map for the rooms — your customers will appreciate it.

Due to unexpected event, typhoon at Cebu city we cannot go to the Bolhol Island, because the ferry all close in the couple day. I try to request cancel the reservation but the hotel doesn’t accept the request and rejected with the reason out of the hotel policy and answer that “you can change the date to check-in. But I’m a foreign traveller can’t change anymore, effect to lost a lot of money.

Our overall stay in Holabay Resort was truly relaxing and worth it. All staff were very accomodating and efficient to all our requests which really made us feel valued as guests. And the POOL, t’was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!Kudos!!!👏👏👏💯💯💯✅ ✅ ✅
