We had a good stay.. My kids enjoyed the pool and the slide inside the building.... The breakfast buffet is what i like the most... With lots of food to choose to..... Highly recommended...

Good place to stay but we are hoping they would be able keep up with the quality of service Solea Mactan is giving.
We appreciate the birthday surprise and nice room view.
Breakfast is just okay. Not so wide selection but will make you full. We loved the cookies.

It was a wonderful stay. They have the best breakfast buffet! Many sweets to choose from. However, they only have a small pool. The beach side during our stay was not clean. But overall it was a nice experience.

we had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the warm ambiance made us feel relaxed and welcomed. The decor is elegant yet cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a comfortable getaway.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the food. Every meal was exceptional—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Whether it was breakfast, dinner, or room service, everything exceeded our expectations.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and always eager to help without ever feeling intrusive. The combination of great service, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere made this stay unforgettable.

Location is a bit far from Alona Beach, but the resort offers free shuttle services at fixed times (9AM, 12PM, 3PM, 6PM, and 9PM), which is very convenient. The room was clean and spacious. We were initially assigned a room with connecting doors, so we could hear noise from the adjacent room. After showing a video of the issue, the staff kindly accommodated our request for a room change. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the other room we booked wasn’t ready by 3PM, so we had to wait about 30 minutes. They allowed us a late check-out though, which we really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay and great value for the price. Recommended.

Great service and consistent quality as always. The staff are friendly esp. Ms. Angel and Ms. Rowela at reception, they are all kind and hospitable, and make our visit enjoyable,fun and memorable. the place is perfect for a family getaway. ❤️
