We stayed in Hennan Tawala for 1 night and the experience was amazing! Excellent customer service from front desk to the bell boys even the swimming pool attendant. Everyone was so nice! the buffet has a lot of variety but i wsih it could have more in totality it was filling. we also enjoyed using the pools and availed their 50 percent cocktail promos. It was a pleasant stay , we will go back definitely.

The infinity pool with sea view is amazing. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, proactively helping me with my luggage to the room. At check-out, they were just as helpful, assisting me in contacting a driver because my Philippine number couldn't make calls. The staff were all very welcoming, and the breakfast was quite varied. Definitely recommend!

An impeccable hotel in a quiet yet central location. It's a ten-minute walk to a lively restaurant street, and you can book island excursions right from the beach. The rooms have a lovely tropical vibe, and the breakfast is fantastic. Haidee and Marlon at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful.

Definitely one of the better hotel/resorts that I've encountered during my travels in the Philippines. The hotel itself is located in a beautifully secluded lot that's surrounded by vegetation & conveniently placed a stones throw away from the main commercial centre which hosts a supermarket & even a DIY shop. The rooms are very comfortable, clean & all come with a balcony & modern AC as standard. But the best part is the large pool which lights up at night & is by the restaurant which serves good coffee, pizza & an excellent Thai curry. If you have transport then i would highly recommend staying here.

This is a wonderful hotel. We are truly speechless when it comes to describing the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The room was super clean and smelled great, thanks to a humidifier that was turned on daily when the room was cleaned. All facilities appear well-maintained and in good working order. The breakfast offered at a good price is complete and appetizing. In addition to breakfast, they offered us typical desserts, like pastries, as a complimentary gesture. They were at our disposal at all times and very attentive, even after our stay ended. It's a small but very cozy hotel. Its perfect location next to Alona Beach makes it the ideal choice for an unforgettable stay. Thank you to Mira Sol and its great team for the excellent service. The photos don't reflect what you'll actually get; they must be old. We had an 'enhanced' room, and I dread to imagine what the standard ones are like. The room was tiny, and you had to walk through the restaurant to get to it. You could hear the kitchen working and music from outside. But the biggest issue was the bathroom: it has a window that looks out onto the main corridor. My tall husband confirmed you can see everything if you peek in, especially if the shower curtain isn't fully closed! Plus, the room's 'terrace' also opens into the corridor. On the beach outside, they're building stairs for access, so if you're coming soon, be prepared for construction work. We stayed one night and moved to another hotel. We tried to cancel the remaining days, but the hotel wouldn't approve the cancellation.

I highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for reasonable nightly rates and a very convenient location. It’s just a short walking distance to Alona Beach, with many restaurants and bars nearby, so there’s no need to rent a motorcycle you can easily walk everywhere from Harmony Hotel. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Panglao.

The hotel name sounds fancy, but personally, I think it's more like a guesthouse or hostel. It's located in an alley off the main road leading to Alona Beach, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy, close access to the beach. I was really pleased with the great value for money and the simple, clean environment; the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious. The downsides are that you need to bring your own toiletries, the water pressure for showering isn't strong enough, and there was a brief power outage once that led to the water being cut off. Overall, it was still a pretty good stay! 😊

There is very little food for breakfast, you ask for supplies as if they give with greed, but they give! there is no shower in the room, the shower seems to be there, but he is not a worker, it seems like he is not a worker, it is possible to pour out of a bucket for such an amount of money, and everything else is fine, the beach is great, the pool is great, deep, it works until 9 pm! it is possible that there were holidays, the prices were a little too high for the rooms, well, this is purely my opinion, so everything is good in general! only the problem with breakfasts, it seems to me that they are repeated, well, and so it is. shower, girls want a hair dryer in the room! by the way, I remembered, there is no shower gel, a terrible wash!

Pros: -Beautiful swimming pool w/lifeguard -clean room -Gugma Restaurant serves delicious food -friendly staff except for that one female front desk in the morning as well as the no show manager Cons: -Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos. -There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool. -I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣 -No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout -Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management -tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY -we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white strip that were posted on the website -corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside **AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.
