房間結構不錯，樓下就是文化宮廣場及公園，對面就是攀枝花學院，走路10多分鐘到達萬達；酒店規模大，設施全，一樓現正在裝修。

住這裏，離攀枝花學院很近很近，參加考研考試非常方便，中午可以回酒店休息一個小時左右，離學校很近，五分鐘左右就到校門了，環境不錯，比較安靜，乾淨衞生無異味，也不壓抑，可以全身心投入到備戰考試裏面

隔音效果極差，電視也是壞的，空調聲音巨大開着根本睡不着。最後穿鞋的時候才看到床下全是垃圾。
