We stayed for 5 nights in March 2024. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service was superb. Everyone made sure we had everything we need. Most notable was when we missed dinner, Mark personally drove us to the nearby restaurant. The Bellagio food was great that we ended up eating all meals except 2 in the hotel. For the two meals we ate outside, one was excellent and one was not. But the 12 meals at Bellagio were all excellent. The chef is truly skillful in Ilocono cuisine even thought he’s from Bicol.

The building is great for the price. Staff are very pleasant, cheerful, friendly, and very helpful - they went above and beyond satisfying our needs. They even upgraded our room. The managers went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and even asked us to provide them suggestions that would improve their dining menu and customer services.

The service was outstanding. We had an early flight in the morning and they accommodated us. They even made us a cold sandwich for breakfast because we were going to miss the breakfast service.
All the staff was kind and hard working.
