This apartment, arranged for us by our wonderful Greek guide, Niki Vlachou, was absolutely lovely. Beautiful neighborhood, peaceful surroundings, apartment equipped with everything one would need for an overnight stay, and nice restaurants nearby within walking distance. We would definitely want to stay in this apartment again as it is a 15-20 minute drive to the Athens airport.

Ich war 2 Wochen mit meiner Familie in Athen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sicher, sehr sauber. Ein wirklich ganz tolles modernes luxuriöses Apartment. Die Kommunikation war wirklich sehr nett. Eine gute Gegend. Wir wollten nicht mehr abreisen und wären gerne länger geblieben. Wir kommen aber wieder ;-)

We've stayed at this location 2x on a layover in Athens. We love that it's located close to Rafina port and close to the airport. It's a family-friendly neighborhood with a quaint town square with restaurant options within a 5-10min walk. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for another great stay!

The property itself is very good. Our check in was easy and the host was very friendly and responsive. We stayed 5 nights. However on the 5th night, one of the glass doors in the bathroom collapsed- just simply shattered, injuring one of the guests. We called the host about this and she was kind enough to book us a taxi to the local hospital. However she never showed up, despite our asking her to, which was quite disappointing. Would have rated the property a 4/5 if not for this unfortunate incident on our last night. It’s clean, close to the metro and grocery shopping and has good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Gli appartamenti sono in una palazzina di 4 piani che si trova in una zona verde e tranquilla, a 15-20 min di auto dall'aeroporto e a 10 min a piedi dalla stazione della metro più vicina. La struttura è ben tenuta e sembra di recente ristrutturazione. Il nostro appartamento, Siko, è arredato con gusto sobrio e moderno, lo abbiamo trovato pulitissimo e confortevole, acusticamente ben isolato e dotato di un bel terrazzino coperto. L'appartamento dispone di lavatrice, angolo cottura ben attrezzato e ampio frigorifero, adattissimo anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Fondamentale è stato il fatto che ci fosse il parcheggio riservato gratuito (da richiedere) perchè è una zona densamente popolata e con pochi parcheggi lungo la strada. Personale molto discreto e gentilissimo. Insomma, apprezzatissimo!

Pro: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was excellent as well as prepared kitchen – I appreciated the coffee and tea. Cons: How to unlock Key Lock Box was challenging. I suggest that please add the proper instruction in the email. Second, the entry apartments were kind dark so it was hard to read numbers of the key lock box. Well with the help of the owner/manager we could get apartment keys.
