Visiting in the off season, so the hotel is mainly closed and only the rooms are open to guests. The rooms are nice, cleaned and the hotel is in a good location close to restaurants and the coast/beach. Nice stay for a cheap price.

Confirmation was given, yet we arrived there in the evening to find the hotel closed for the winter that the sign on the door confirmed. The place looked deserted. My wife and I found a better, last minute hotel down the road that was open. A refund would be appreciated. Thank you.

Very hospitable place in a perfect spot in Paphos. Nice crew with good, indywidual attitude to customer. big suprise was swimming pool ! Room clean, with heating, fridge, hairdryer.

Albeit being totally empty the service staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Only the Wifi was a bit spotty but all in all great value for the money. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place!

Room was confortable and clean. However, I had huge wifi signal issues in my room number 411 forcing me to step outside of my room to get a good connection, I have raised this up with the hotel management who did offer an alternative room (which I actually turned down because I arrived late at night) and who also promised to investigate this further with a telecom specialist. Future reviews from other guests will confirm if this issue has been fixed.

I stayed there 4 nights .Location was great ,bus station just a few minutes walk , plenty of bars and restaurants near by. The staff were very friendly ,the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. The breakfast was OK could have done with more cold meats and less pastries., the pool was clean. The hotel could be updated but overall we had a fabulous time.

Everyone is so kind, rooms are clear, the pool is great. It is our second time here, but we will come back in the future. If you need anything they will do their best to help you. The breakfast is also great. A lot of good restaurants are also available near to the Hotel. We always go to the Venus Beach, it is a 15 min walk from the hotel, but there are more beaches in a shorter distance if it is too far for someone. Love this place❤️

We stayed at Kings Hotel for two nights and had a great experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Nayia at the reception. The room and the common spaces were clean, and the swimming pool was great. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of food and fruits. The location of the hotel is excellent, surrounded by many bars and restaurants, and it's just a 20-minute walk to the Castle of Paphos. We loved it!

This place got an 8.1 in Booking and had good pricing so i chose it for a night, for a longer trip stop. At first glance, it does not meet the eyes' expectations, but i can see why it had all those good reviews. Although old style hotel, it was very clean, very very pleasant people/staff and the breakfast was more than I would expect. Pool is small bad clean Cons: bad picture the birds poop, at the back parking entrance/ exit which is next to the pool area..

This hotel has definitely seen its best days and everything is in need of TLC. When we arrived we had problems getting the AC working and the fridge was broken. It got fixed the next day after we mentioned about it a couple of times. The room is old (but clean) but especially the bathroom is in desperate need of modernization. I'm sorry to say the shower (good water pressure though) is very uninviting. Different from the description there was no hairdryer in the room and we had to borrow it from the reception and give back after every use. The pool is ok but some small pieces of debris were floating on the surface.  That being said I have to give huge thanks to the staff!! They are the only reason for rating so high, otherwise I would have given 2 stars. Very rarely you encounter such warm, sincere hospitability than we did here. Even when we left we were offered snacks to go, some good tips about the island and were only charged 2 days for the fridge (stayed for four and it worked for three) which was a small gesture but very fare in our opinion. The location of the hotel is quite good - half way to the old town and the seaside promenade. Approximately 20 mins walk to both. There are also some quite nice restaurants very close to the hotel. All in all, if you appreciate a very friendly and helpful staff over the accommodation itself then this could be your choice in Paphos.
