Great hotel design and hardware with mediocre service: Spacious room, great location, beautiful compound and design (as long as you don’t get one of those side rooms that faces the back of a building or the carpark). Wide range of selection for breakfast. It’s weird that the carpark is a little further away and you’re supposed to call a number at the gate every time for them to open for you. They said it’s toll free but I doubt it’s free for an international line. I don’t know who would spend international calling rate to call the number as most people uses esim today. The way they challenged me and say “why don’t you just call” and insisted it was free just made me feel very disappointed. There’s also no refill of the room’s coffee station (it’s chargeable)- I guess it’s because they call themselves a suite/ service apartment. There were a few other examples of mediocre services: not deal breaker but could have been better. Overall I would say it is good value for money given the spacious and beautiful room, so simply don’t place too much emphasis and expectations on service then you’ll be fine.

Excellent hotel, very clean and modern rooms, friendly staff at both desk and breakfast. Facilities were amazing, especially the spa and indoor pool- would come back just for this! Great location only a couple minutes from the beach and many restaurants in walking distance. Bus stops only a minute from the hotel. Breakfast buffet had a great variety and the overall hotel is very aesthetic/modern, would definitely recommend staying here :)

Stay again this hotel after return from Nicosia.Love the environment of the hotel,the pool and of course very friendly staffs.the buffet breakfast is delicious,lots of varieties and the dining hall is bright and very clean.The room is big too ,clean and have air conditioner.Very comfortable stay and will stay again if come again to Paphos.

I spent a few days with my partner and the stay was excellent. The location is amazing and the breakfast was great too. In terms of facilities, it has everything, it is a very complete hotel and it was a good choice to choose it for our visit.

The hotel is very well located, except that there is a bar opposite that is open until 4 am and plays music at a level of 100 decibels, so that on weekends you can forget about quiet nights

Clean hotel, friendly service, private parking available for traveling by car, quite varied breakfasts, and on colder days the indoor swimming pool is a great option. The location is also good, there are shops, restaurants and close to the sea.

nice hotel at a good level. Breakfast rich but practically the same every day the pool is open from 10-19 for a short time, there is no chance for night swimming. I'm talking about the indoor pool. High prices in spa - massage for wife 140 euros!

Not bad, you can live

Amazing holiday . We have just returned from a fantastic 10 nights stay , this being our second time at this beautiful hotel. We stayed in a premium room with a pool view , which was a perfect size for us as a couple. The room was kept lovely & clean every day & we were provided with clean towels . The housekeeping team work extremely hard , they are all very friendly & are always smiling . We had breakfast every morning, where there was ample choice & prevented really well. The pool area is a perfect size & is kept spotlessly clean. I want to give a big shout out to Yaroslav the life guard he is a very friendly guy who goes out of his way to help everyone & is extremely hard working. We had a few meals from the pool side bar that were all nice, & great portion size . The smoothies were also lovely. All the receptionist are lovely & very helpful. I want to give a special mention to Kalia who always goes out of her way to have a chat & provide any information you may require. We think the hotel is in a perfect location, only a short walk to the harbour, beach & many lovely restaurants & bars. We will definitely be returning to this hotel for many years as we can’t fault it in any way & now call it our “Little Gem”. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Anémi that went out of there way to make our holiday wonderful.
