House keeping non-existent at this hotel. They did not make up our room. When asked, they explained they only make up rooms if you stay more than 7 days. Had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. When asked to speak to the manager, we were told they would call us back. They never did. Elevators were broken and soaking wet to the point where my wife slipped getting into one. We were celebrating a birthday in the lobby and the staff seemed very concerned we brought in outside cake. This place has their priorities mixed up. They need to concentrate on cleaning their hotel and making it a positive experience for their guests. Upon checkout, I complained about the lack of service and hospitality. They shrugged their shoulders and offered me 2000 rewards points. I asked them to credit me the portion of my stay associated either the resort fee. I received a blank deer-in-headlights stare. Moving forward I will stick to Marriott properties.

The hotel charges for parking on a giant outdoor lot that is shared with other businesses. The hotel is in a remote suburb. Ridiculous!

Alan Acosta working the front desk was INCREDIBLY helpful and allowed me and my fellow US Navy aircrew to stay here when rooms were tight. He was informative, hospitable, and professional. I will never forget Alan Acosta and his superior customer service.
