The staff was really kind during the check in and check out. I honestly thought I had booked a decent normal hotel, because we were traveling by car on our way to Ancona.The price for 100 I found it ok, one way or another we wanted to rest a bit only for a couple of hours. I was literally shocked.. 😳the *********** totally misguided us. It was a &@$ hotel, plastic under the sheets, underneath the bed weird things and generally you could notice that it was not clean but it was a place over-sprayed with air freshener to cover God knows what smells. Because when we arrived it was already 12 am, it’s a good option for someone who is extremely tired and desperate because, at that time we couldn’t find or put any effort for finding anything else. I still wonder if my mistake was that I asked for the parking of the hotel and they give us this room that was literally taken by a p@&rn movie. Because in the morning I show families and wondered 🙄Guys think twice before going there or even four times.

Our 3-night stay was via a tourist agency, so the hotel wasn't our choice, but the whole group, experienced in staying at 3* Italian hotels, paid extra to get a 4-star hotel. This is what it says on the building itself - a hotel motel, so it is more of a 4* motel. The location is excellent if you are coming by car and don't mind driving to a decent restaurant, or want to be an up to an hour drive from Milan, nearby lakes, etc., with a place where you can get a shower and a decent sleep. If you are without a car and/ or want to have a nice dinner or drinks in the evening - stay away from here because the area around it is what we have called ”a ghost neighborhood.” The service is OK; I didn't have any terrific experiences, as stated on ***********. It gets a little bit noisy in the morning. The room is nice, clean, and well kept. The bed was relatively small for two but comfy. A/C was working excellently. You have a safe, a minibar, and several clothing hangers. The bathroom is spacious and spotless, but the shower is in line with the floor, so even though you pull the curtains, it still gets watery around. You get all toiletries and a hairdryer. I can't review the breakfast because the hotel said we, as a group, got an elementary breakfast due to their agreement with the agency. The hotel says that regular guests who pay (even) more get a more decadent breakfast, but we got a very poor one.

.. near the first Milan/Torino motorway exit and easy to reach.. we stayed on Saturday and was really a nice and very quiet place.. clean.. and managed by staff very available.. I will come back and advise..

I was in town for business and I had the most pleasant experience. Conveniently located , it was only a short drive from the airport- around 20 mins.The room was spacious and clean. Hotel looked great and the staff was very polite. There's a bar and a restaurant in the hotel and that was useful as I didn't have lots of time to explore the city but was able to still have a good italian meal. There's also a meeting room that you can book that comes handy. Next time, I'm back in town, I'll definitely be staying at the Welcome Hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. They did omit to notify us about the early breakfast they offer upon check-in, so make sure you ask about this if you have an early flight. They do also let you take drinks from the bar up to your room. Location and Travel Be aware of how far away the hotel is from Milan. From Duomo, you'll need to get on the red line (M1) towards RHO and get off at Lampugnano. The last bus from Lampugnano leaves at 20:00 back to Lainate. You will then need to get the 617 bus which drops you off outside Lidl and Maccies near the hotel. This is obviously not ideal if you want to spend the evening in Milan. We arrived during a national taxi strike which made the trip much more stressful. While this is not the hotel's fault, a heads up from the hotel would have been nice about traveling to and from Milan central. We were stranded in Milan on the first day, we called the hotel and they told us to try and get an Uber. The uber was 144 euros which we reluctantly paid. The car never showed up so we called back the hotel and they stopped answering our phone calls. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, feeling confident we knew the route to and from the hotel, we double-checked with the hotel, and unfortunately, we were not made aware of when the last bus is. On our second day, we were stranded in Milan again. Luckily we met two other people at the last subway station who had also done the Wowcher holiday and they managed to get in touch with the hotel to arrange a private taxi back to the hotel. As there was a strike going on at the time, the fare was 55 euros from Rho subway station to the hotel, which is roughly a 10/15 minute drive. Again this is not the hotel's fault but it is something to be aware of. Another thing to be aware of when using the subway is that the tickets are only valid for 90 minutes, and there are plain-clothed officers waiting in the subway stations to catch people out. So make sure you always have a ticket with enough time left on it to get all the way back to the hotel. Breakfast We were allocated this Hotel from Wowcher, and we were told to pay £40 for the bed and breakfast, which was fine until we realised we couldn't get breakfast on the 2nd day as we had to leave the hotel at 4 am. Essentially meaning we paid £40 for one breakfast between the two of us. We have had no joy in getting a refund for the second day's breakfast from the hotel which is the primary reason for leaving a review. The hotel in my opinion is perfect for people who do not want to spend evenings in Milan or who have a car. If neither of these applies to you, I would highly recommend looking for a hotel closer to the center of Milan.

Personale completamente svogliato, impreparato è assolutamente menefreghista. Siamo state da martedì a sabato, al nostro arrivo ci danno una chiave senza nemmeno indicarci la stanza (ho dovuto chiedere io “indicazioni” sul dove trovarla) né tantomeno sulle colazioni (già pagate). Camera vecchia e sporca, la prima sera la mia collega ha dormito sul proprio asciugamano perché le sue lenzuola erano piene di capelli e peli. La pulizia assolutamente da rivedere, nessuno ha spazzato ne pulito a modo il bagno per i 4 giorni di permanenza. Nonostante le segnalazioni la situazione non cambiava minimamente. Un giorno addirittura qualcuno aveva deciso di chiudere l’acqua fredda dal rubinetto principale per ovviare al problema che perdeva lo scarico (il wc si scaricava con una maniglia che si girava) Mi hanno dato una stanza che confinava con un’altra occupata da altri ospiti ma ne avevo la chiave, potenzialmente potevo entrare nella stanza affianco e non è una cosa molto positiva. E ne avrei veramente tante altre da dire anche solo per 4 giorni quindi vi lascio immaginare Quello che vedete è un capello attaccato al muro del bagno che ho fatto notare tutte i giorni senza che nessuno abbia mai fatto niente. Ho frequentato questo Hotel in occasione del Micam molte volte, l'unica pecca era la qualità della colazione, ora a distanza di qualche anno siamo ritornati ed oltre a trovare un piacevole restiling degli ambienti comuni, ho potuto constatare con piacere che anche la colazione è nettamente migliorata, anzi la considero più che adeguata. Quest'Hotel è perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista per chi deve frequentare Rho Fiera.

I really liked everything about this hotel. I especially appreciated the staff because is efficient, professional, always at your disposal, and very friendly. I really enjoyed my week spent here, from the delicious breakfast to the quite nights. The rooms are very clean, modern, and very comfortable with everything you need. They have a beautiful backyard for chilling and a big lobby with a bar to hang out with friends. I also tried the gym which has many machines and offers a lot of services. I would totally suggest this hotel to everyone that wants to enjoy a nice vacation and still feeling at home.
