The Atlantis is a great property, the cove tower in particular is nice and new, close to the action. It is more windy than the royal tower since its right on the water but we also went in the off season.

I had a $400 resort credit that was not properly applied by the hotel. I called back and they said there is nothing they can do about it. They even agreed that it was not applied but I was told by VIP Services that there was nothing they could do, even though it was their mistake. Well, the Cove Lobby is nice. The rooms are dated and showing wear. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size. Food is expensive everywhere. The Service was hit and miss. Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth with the resort credit not being applied. Don't need to go back

So, 3 out of 5 isn’t too good, but we still enjoyed our little get away!! They get points for the beach & brilliant aquamarine, calm surf. They also get points for the accommodations. Our hotel room was on the 12th floor facing west which gave us views of the pool, beach & the variety of cruise ships coming/going into the port. To us, this view from our balcony was entertaining. The bathroom was quite large, the king sized bed was just right and the small living area was a good size for 2 people. There was a coffeemaker in the room, but no bottled water to make coffee or tea. The tap water was not to our liking. However, there was a small refrigerator for purchased food/drink. Our dinners out at the Silan & the Fish were quite pricey, but very good experiences! The negatives for us: the $100 lunches; the $200+ dinners; & the $25 alcohol drinks. But the biggest disappointment was the staff. The majority of the staff on the premises were literally just there. They were checking their phones, on their phones talking, or w/other staff members chitchatting. Basically, they responded when asked a question & didn’t go above and beyond. The ****** was freezing & Black Jack minimum was $25 at 7pm on a Tuesday night. One last negative for us, was that the pool was closed at 7 pm. Not 9 pm or 11 pm…we are talking 7 pm!! So, as they say, know what you want and what you don’t want!!

We love the Atlantis and all of Paradise Island. With all the amenities, the efforts on behalf of the staff to meet our every needs, the fine dinining restaurants, and the wonderful beaches, we are truly in Paradise!

Did not rate this at all. While advertised as an adult resort, it really is not. One particular family who were staying the cheaper hotel used the adult facilities every day from morning to night. They clearly had no manners or have their children act to respect guests who were staying at The Cove. This seemed a theme sadly. I complained to the manager about this, and after waiting for him, he couldn’t have been more disinterested. I wouldn’t recommend going here for the price as there are much better options.

Toook my wife away for Mothers day weekend. had a wonderful time. Room, Resturants and staff were wonderful. Cannot wait to go back
