Huge place, too fancy and way too big, good for Americans. You feel lost in every corner you turn, everywhere you look it's too much. Amazing in a way... I guess

I could not find good coffee anywhere in the resort...not even at Starbucks. The staff was not as friendly and rarely smiled....every time I asked for something...they made me feel like I was asking too much. The food options at the Cove were limited...we had to take the shuttle often.

Another great trip to Atlantis, cannot wait to return. Great food, service and staff all outstanding. Beautiful views from our 18th Floor room at The Cove. Found a bunch of new places to eat, all inside Atlantis. Murray's Deli and Sip Sip were very good and won't break your bankroll.

Stayed on 17 floor Rooms 827 King & 829 Double. Very spacious minimal noise. Room 827 was very cold even with balcony door open 829 not so much with balcony open. Beds are firm. Room service was quick. Very comfortable environment

Overall a beautiful property and resort with a variety of ways to experience it. They have additional choices such as adults only pool, etc. that enhances the stay. For the cost that you pay to stay there, they run out of a variety of things on a regular basis (wine, food choices, etc.).

Passport was stolen by the staff out of our room. Hotel manager could care less about it. Took the fun right out of the trip. Never again….
