Christabelle Hotel Apartments

Decent rooms, service is good except one little grumpy male worker who was unnecessarily rude and angry towards us entirely unprompted. Shop is good and convenient :) Overall we had a laugh and a great time you do have to pay extra for air con but I assume this is a common thing in these kind of places.

About a 10-15 (quite dark and dodgy) walk to the main Ayia Napa *****. I don't know if all of Ayia Napa is as run down as this area was but lots of abandoned buildings. Hotel itself was nice enough. Food at pool was cheap and good. Room was large. LOTS of fines and rules in regards to breaking things or bringing food and drink to the pool. My 12 year old got told off for jumping in the pool, not diving, just jumping. Air conditioning was an extra expense of 7 euros a night, worked okay. Kept going off and had to ring reception to reset the switch. Not accessible at all, and the stairs to the apartments were slippery. I fell down. Cheap and easy budget hotel.

CHECKING IN : We were dropped off at a bus stop, not the hotel and was difficult in the heat to carry the suitcases and bags down to the hotel, coaches can’t go down the road. Throughout our stay, none of the staff were friendly and on our arrival there wasn’t a welcoming environment in the reception. We were given One key per room which isn’t great because if you loose a key, you pay €80 fine, there should be 1 key per person for safety. Air con is €7 per day per unit, so if u have a studio room you pay for 1 unit, if you have a room with 2 bedrooms and a living room , you pay €21 per room…The aircon is good but expensive if u have a bigger room. ROOMS: The room is clean and normal, all cooking equipment in room, and body wash in the shower already. The balcony is incredibly small, you can’t sit comfortably on it as it’s so slim, similar to a hallway rather than a balcony. Also the bathroom has a vent that is connected to the room next door so you hear EVERYTHING that your neighbour does in that bathroom. View from balcony was disappointing, we looked over onto dirty apartment buildings. POOL : The pool is a nice environment filled with lilos and donuts and music. I suggest getting your sunbeds early (9am/10am) to secure one. One day we went down at 11am and there were none left, 2 became available again at 3pm…There aren’t enough sunbeds for the capacity of the hotel, a lot of guests have to sit in the bar all day due to lack of sunbeds. BAR : The bar/restaurant is strict on rules about bringing food/drink/snacks from other places into the hotel, they expect you to buy everything from their small pricey selection of crisps, sweets and drinks. The lifeguard keeps an eye on everyone all day to make sure you’re only drinking/eating their food. Even if you had full bottles of water and drink he would take it when you were looking and empty it onto the plants. The bar drinks and food were nice, however you can get means/drinks a lot cheaper if you go somewhere outside the hotel. Overall, for the price and the rating I expected better.

Great hotel in the upper parts of Ayia Napa 5 minutes walk down town. I went alone but the employees at the hotel made me feel very welcome. I had my dinner at the hotel every night and the people working there was great. Food was also very good. Thanks to the women working in the hotel reception they were vey nice and friendly. I had a great flat to my self. The beds must have been some of the best I have experient on my charter trips. Thanks again..Tina Sweden.

Clean big and nice apartment. Amazing and helpful staff. Good breakfast especially fresh orange juice. Don’t have to worry about parking lots. The location is easy to find and bus stops to Larnaka airport is near by. The pool is nice. But our apartment is opposite of pool side, we hear a bit booming noise from the town at night time and meowing in the morning but it’s not a big deal. Sure about this apartment I definitely will come back again.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel complex. The impeccable service, the rooms, complex was so clean. From the moment I arrived, Andreas made me and my grandson welcome. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a pool view. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a delight, freshly cooked food to our tasting and the breakfast was hot and plenty, thank you Chef. The amazing barman knows exactly what he’s doing. I can’t praise this establishment enough for making my stay in Ayia Napa truly memorable. I’ll definitely be returning for another stay in the future. Thank You

I booked a 2 bed apartment for 5 lads and we absolutely loved it. Came for a wedding, the pool was chill the food was good and staff were really attentive. Special shout-out to Christos, one of the biggest boyos I’ve met in my life caters really well to your needs and got great crack with customers

Couldnt recommend it more, the rooms are spotless and the staff (especially Christos at the bar) are all friendly, fun and helpful. Food menu is huge and everything has been lovely. Will definitely come back to Christabelle!

Staff are amazing. Been here a few times before and they never disappoint. Rooms are extremely clean and beds and super comfy! Would highly recommend to everyone! Going to miss this place! Thanks guys! ☀️
