Golden Coast Beach Hotel

The hotel is perfect. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of from water dispensers to extra pillows, from perfectly placed sun beds and brollies to beach towels. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I would also recommend a sunset cruise which leaves from the harbour right next to the hotel. Enjoy!

We had a 10 night stay at the hotel all inclusive Flew with jet 2 We are a bit disappointed by the hotel on the second day there was signs all around the railings by the lobby saying wet paint how ridiculous painting in June in hot weather paint won’t dry quick and if you have a bad leg nothing to hold onto as paint is wet also workmen were working on the lifts drilling holes and getting us dirty with dust as you come in or out the lift pathetic. (Do all the work in the winter when hotel is less busy) the shower room is very slippery you need a rubber mat there’s no shelf to put your shower jel etc. If you have the electric curtains closed once you open the room door they open by them self’s .and on a final note we had a 90 minute delay on aircraft as the ground crew and crew on plane couldn’t count how how many passengers were on board then they realised one seat was empty how pathetic can you get thank you jet2

Me and my wife had a wonderful 7 nights B+B at the golden coast hotel, every aspect was very positive, all staff were amazingly friendly and very helpful, the swimming pool was great area, but we both used the garden terrace area due to we both love sea swimming, the breakfast was fab plenty of choices, hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room 120 was lovely comfy beds, with a good walk in shower, and there lies my only negative point, the walk in shower is good and roomy, but there is no shower holder basket for your shampoo, soap, and body sponge, so you have reach around the shower wall to get them, plus there is no hand rail to hold onto in the shower for when you want bend down to wash your lower legs, me and my wife are 67 so this would have been very helpful. Other than the shower situation, we had a fantastis holiday and we will be coming back.

From the start of our holiday to the end our experience at the Golden Beach Hotel was amazing. The staff are very friendly, especially Monica- who was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. During our dinners, the chef ensured my mother's dietary requirements were met, and went out their way to make a gluten-free pizza. The food variety was good, with different cuisines. Also, the evening entertainment was enjoyable from having live musicians who were incredibly talented to live dances and magic shows- we were all very entertained during our visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was 10/10- the only downside was the shower pressure was less. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here, the food staff and comfort were met to a high standard. Thank you to all the staff and their hospitality. It is much appreciated.

JUST WOW! Where do i start! This Hotel has so much to offer, it truly is wonderful. We are so sad to be back home from what has been the most tremendous 12 night holiday for our Wedding with our family and friends. We were there from 26th May- 7th June. It was incredible from start to finish and everyone in our big wedding party who stayed here agreed it was a fabulous Hotel. Firsty, i would like to say what an absolute credit to the Hotel Felicity our wedding planner is! She went above and beyond to ensure our special day was just as we had imagined and more. Every email and contact we had she was always so helpful and got back to us promptly. We booked our Wedding direct with Felicity and i would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of marrying in Cyprus. The sea view deck is just stunning and the perfect location for your ceremony. We were blown away by the views and how wonderful the whole day was- THANKYOU FELICITY! We chose the Platinum package and that included our photographer and videographer Leo and Theo who were genuinely the most loveliest men they really made me and my Husband feel at ease on our big day. We havnt had our photos and video back yet but we cant wait to see them! Now for the Hotel.. It really is in the most perfect location, with a picturesque sea view and just a short walk away from the town. Always sunloungers available around the grass area facing the beach. Difficult to get loungers around the pool as these would go really early in the morning. Ive heard they are due to change the pool area and update it so maybe they can make more space for beds here? The Food was amazing every single day we had something different available, so much choice and it always tasted beautiful! Special mention to Yusef the head chef of the main restaurant. He was always so friendly to me and my Husband, all holiday we chatted to him and he even cooked a fresh dish for my Husband and my son. On our last evening he gave us a gift for our wedding which we thought was so sweet! Not only Yusef but ALL the staff at The Golden Coast are super friendly, the pool bar staff were all brilliant work so hard and always smiling. One waiter in particular named Sanju was a breath of fresh air, this man waited on us all and knew all of our drinks orders memorised them for each of us and always made sure we had got a drink and he never stopped smiling!! The rooms were beautifully decorated, very modern and spacious. The air-con is brill rooms were cool and we never felt hot getting ready/ sleeping. Beds very comfortable (even better than my bed at home haha) The Hotel reception staff are always willing to help with any questions etc. I have so much to praise this hotel for it was truly spectacular. We will definitely be returning and many of our family also want to return with us. We will be renewing our Wedding Vows back here again hopefully some time in the future! Just returned from a week’s all inclusive holiday at The Golden Coast Hotel booked through easyJet. First stay here so always a bit apprehensive as to what to expect at a new location But we were certainly not disappointed. Beautiful hotel, with welcoming friendly staff. The hotel and its grounds are beautiful, very well kept in a perfect location. We were pre warned about building works next door in the marina but we didn’t hear a thing. We had 2 sea view superior rooms and contacted the hotel directly to ask if the rooms could be as close to each other as possible, quick response from the hotel to say they would do their best and that’s all you can ask for. On check in we were pleased to find out the rooms were next door to each other! Rooms nice and modern as recently renovated, plenty of space, funky touch pad screen to control lights air con etc. English plugs / USB port so no need to bring adapters! The all inclusive food was brilliant, lots to choose from and something for everyone, drinks were not your usual watered down rubbish, decent branded drinks and the cocktails at the beach bar very moorish!! Service was top notch all day, whether at breakfast or relaxing on the terrace in the evening, staff always checking to see if everything ok and if we wanted another drink, very attentive without being annoying. We didn’t experience the 6am dash to secure a sun-bed and we pretty much had the same spot by the pool everyday. Pool towels are provided FOC. Pool is a decent size with a separate kids splash pool and slide. Beach is gorgeous with crystal clear waters. There’s a nice little shop on site and also a larger store just up from the hotel. Bus stop also located opposite this shop and is a couple of €’s into Protaras which is about a 10 min drive or ask at reception to book you a taxi and usually theres one there within 5 mins - usually a limo taxi! Out of the 5 weddings that took place at the hotel during our holiday never did it affect our stay, only added to the pleasant atmosphere. The entertainment lacked a little for us but that’s personal preference, certainly couldn’t knock the effort from the entertainment staff. Perfect family holiday and we will 100% be rebooking for next year!!

staff are horrible. the hotel rooms stink after getting cleaned. food is poor and the bacon was undercooked and got food poisoning from the chicken. the cleaners never clean the rooms as my bed was still stained from the night before do not recommend. vile people

Stayed at this hotel for a friends wedding. Rooms where lovely and tidy with an amazing see view room. Staff friendly, especially a lovely lady called Charlene who was a lifeguard by the pool.... she took the time to get to know each and everyone of us, even by names and there was at least twenty of us! Massive credit to the hotel !!!! Entertainment wise it did lack but i totally understand it is know for weddings. I would of just expected a bit more for what was paid! Billy one of the entertainment team was brilliant and a lot of fun to be around! Wedding was perfect, location brilliant and staff very attentive. Big shout out again to Charlene and Billy who made the experience that bit more special!
