We truly enjoyed our Father's Day stay at your hotel! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The room was very spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and professional. Hopefully, next time we'll be able to borrow a mini refrigerator too. 😊 We will definitely come back and stay again. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! ❤️

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed here in Manila. Bad list Cockroach as in a lot of them most of them in the toilet. No fridge when you stay in the hottest country. The area are way to far to everything, but I looks close to everything in the map, but it’s not, so if you don’t have car, you have to book grab every time you live the resident, looks like a silent hill. All the corners of the toilet are all quit black or mould, sealant are all damage. Shampoo & body wash are just water. We stayed here for 15days, the worst 15days. & it’s non refundable. Restaurant are closed very early. Better booked somewhere else & maybe just add a couple op penny.

The hotel was easy to find, it is better to travel with a car, the hotel has a lot of parking and is spacious. It is also not in walking distance to malls and wstablishments frequented in the area like Mall Of Asia, Ayala Malls by the bay, Okada, Solaire, etc. We went there for a concert and we have a lot of space to prepare as the rooms are very spacious. There are no microwave or fridge in the room but it didnt affect our stay as we opted to explore the food scene in the area. We are traveling with our pet cat too. They are pet friendly hotel.

Very easy check in. Chona was great. We didnt have any php so she was kind enough to exchange some small amount of money so we can eat dinner and exchange money the next day and return back what she exchanged for us. That itself was very very kind and generous. I will always stay there when visiting Manila. We came back again to the hotel for 1 night before departing back to USA.

There's not many shops or restaurants around the hotel, mainly Chinese. Need to get Grab to get around. The cleaners are very lovely and helpful. Thank you. We have a 3bedroom apartment and the second shower did not have any hot water. Stsyed 11 nights and 3times are room card didn't work which means going down to reception and getting it sorted. The airport transfer was a plus, good service.

Airport transfer very good. Good service at the hotel, helpful. Very friendly. Location in an area with a lot of construction for now. Clean, but insects on room. Toilet roof falling down.
