Excellent place new Okada Manila, far away from the noise and traffic of the Metro Manila area. It's in a gated community that's a dead end road so only deliveries and residents pass by the road. The residence has kiosks, restaurants and supermarkets open 24/7 while the use of the pool and gym is free and unlimited. Will definitely be visiting again soon. The views are also spectacular during the sunsets and golden hour.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The Manila Bay sunset nearby is beautiful, and it's super convenient with Okada Hotel close by. Highly recommend!

The staffs are very helpful. Their security is good too. The view is amazing. Location is super. They have 711, Bank & ATM on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a Mini Chinese Supermarket, Pool, Gym, kids play area, a small shop which sells some clothing, a Cafe/Restaurant and a Malatang hhh. Quite a combo, you can get what you need. They also offer free rides to some places nearby. The only downside is that we found 2 rubbish bags under the cupboard that is not ours and the sink is not very clean. Others are acceptable. I’ll still consider it for my future stays. Hope they can improve the cleaning and make it smell fresher.

We celebrated my Mom’s 60th birthday here. The employees were great and accommodating. The security is good too. The room is very clean and pet friendly. Overall it’s a 10/10 for me.

This was our second time here, which speaks volumes about how much we appreciate this place. The staff, as always, are incredibly welcoming, attentive, responsive, and friendly. The hotel is located right by the sea in a safe area with security and CCTV surveillance. There's no crime, loitering, or strangers on the street; it's very quiet and peaceful. The room is clean and spacious, with a view of the sea and a shopping mall. The air conditioning is quiet. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven store with all the essentials and snacks. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, you'll find a laundry room and a cafe. Seafood restaurants with sea views are within walking distance. Ayala Malls and SM are a short ride away, and there's a free shuttle bus available. Highly recommend!

Upon booking this hotel it was never mentioned that is a gated complex and that you cannot walk outside the gates alternatively walk back in if you are on the outside. You had to come and go by vehicle. There is nothing within the gated area to do or see, the waters edge is a garbage dump space. Some of the buildings directly across look derelict. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to various places but we missed the last pick up from the Okada next door and had massive issues to get back in. We only stayed on our departure from Manila as we had our bags stored there. We believe money would be better spent staying somewhere that you are free to come and go on foot if you desire.
