This Property is accessible to anywhere. Near LRT Station, there's an EV bus loop that will take you to Ayala Mall, Landers, Solaire Hotel, etc for jus 15php. minimal fee for grab car if you wish to go to MOA. Fast and easy also going to the airport. There are convenience store near the premises, Kuruda Ramen as well and walkable to SnR and CIty of Dream is also near, maybe it is walkable during the sun is low haven't not tried yet due to lack of time. I will definitely stay here again!

easy and cozy the location is quit good as it is close to train station, very easy to book grab to anywhere. the elevator though they only have two , but , unfortunately, only one elevator is working so it does take time going uo or down. the staff are friendly enough and try to accommodate as much.

Near airports, near baclaran church, near MOA Mall, there is restaurants beside the hotel

Honest review: Location: 2/5 It is convenient to all destination. But you can hear loud noises from the transpo vehicles/train and even at 5am the videoke was still loud. Room: 1/5 We stayed at 608 and it has a squeaky bed. Definitely the bed was overused. Bathroom towels looks soiled and old. No floor towels, luggage rack or chair. Folding table was dirty upon entering the room. It wasnt cleaned well. Please provide a water dispenser for every floor as a complimentary drinks to all guests. Its way too far to go to the drinking station at the GF. Safety: 4/5 Wide Parking space. Staff: 4/5 Front desk team are professional and ready to assist.

Clean and enough space

Great for its price and location. The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in/out for my two-night stay very easy. The room was clean and had a comfy bed , though a bit noisy (coz you can hear the people from outside of door). The main plus was the central location where you can go to MOA/baclaran Good value for a short stays.

The location was excellent—close to the venue of the event we attended, and conveniently near both the airport and the MRT. While you can hear trains and airplanes from the window, which might be challenging for light sleepers, it wasn’t an issue for us. The room was decent, though it could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. I appreciated having hot water available 24/7. Service was good, even though we didn’t have much interaction with the staff. There are no extra amenities, but it delivers a straightforward hotel stay. Overall, it was a great value for the price. I would recommend it if you’re simply looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Great Location & Accessibility, but Service Falls Short The Good: The location of this hotel is its biggest selling point. It is highly accessible, being within walking distance to the LRT-1 (Aseana Station), making commuting incredibly easy. It’s also very convenient for travelers as it’s only about a 10-minute drive from the airport (NAIA). Another massive plus is the surrounding area—there are tons of food choices nearby within walking distance. You can easily find Uncle John’s, 7-Eleven, Ramen Kuroda, Pizza Hut, and Jollibee right in the vicinity, so you’ll never go hungry. The room itself was decent, clean, and fine for a basic stay. The Bad: Missing Bathroom Basics: There was no floor towel or bath mat provided in the bathroom, which meant the floor got completely wet and messy after taking a shower. Unaccommodating Front Desk: I originally booked a Queen room but preferred two single beds, so I requested a switch to a Twin room. The staff flatly declined, claiming they had no twin rooms left. However, when I checked the Trip.com app right then and there, the app was still actively showing plenty of twin-bed rooms available for booking. It felt like they just didn't want to exert the effort to accommodate a guest's simple request. Verdict: A very convenient, strategic 3-star stay if you just need a place close to the airport, public transit, and fast food. Just don't expect the front desk to be flexible or helpful with booking adjustments.
