City Center Executive Hotel（Manila Airport and PITX）

Tje place is good. But in time of check out they want us to charge for the slipper because its missing as the room boy tells its missing. They ddidnt check it property. We said that you can check our bags. Then after some time our company go back in the room then check but its complete. They just said it suddenly show. Hay!! So annoying they just wanted to have extra payment. Thats why be mindful if you check in here. It May charge you of something that you ddnt steal..

THE ROOM IS SO BIG FOR US WITH MY FAMILY, IT HAS 3 ROOM THE OTHER ROOM WAS NOT SO COLD AIR-CONDITIONING BUT IT'S OK FOR US .. ROOM FOR 4 IS ALSO GOOD, THE CLEANLINESS, THE FACILITIES, THE POOL MY FAMILY LOVE'S THE POOL AND THE BIG ROOM MY MOTHER WAS AMAZED AS THIS IS HER FIRST TIME TO A BIG ROOM NOT THE USUAL HOTEL LIKE ROOM.

The worst service i encounter. When we arrive no parking in this hotel Then the aircon is weak and the staff insist that the aircon was ok

Everything is nice; however, the only problem is that the air conditioner is too hot even when it is already set to the max

So far, the staff members who helped us have been pleasant and helpful. It's superior to other hotels. When I wait for my turn and take a seat, the staff members give me a smile🙂

We booked this property through Trip.com based on the listed amenities, which included a microwave oven and induction cooker. Unfortunately, upon arrival, these were not available, and the front office confirmed that they are not provided. This caused significant inconvenience during our stay, as we had to rely on food delivery and incurred additional, unplanned expenses. Some listed items were also not fully functional, which further affected our experience. We made multiple attempts to raise the concern during our stay, but no solution or assistance was provided on-site. We are sharing this review to inform future guests to carefully verify the actual availability of advertised amenities before booking.

Place had a beautiful balcony view. I stayed here for a few hours and it was ok. Location is walking distance from PITX. It was close to NAIA Terminal. I had a good stay. The bed was comfortable and soft.

Clean and big room for a solo traveler, well-secured surroundings, linens smelt good, right in front of PITX, and there's a balcony with clothes line where you can hang your clothes.
