Wyndham Garden Manila Bay

First, the good points: the staff were super friendly and very responsive. The facilities include a pool and gym, and the rooms were new and spacious. Now for the downsides, mainly the breakfast. I had breakfast here 5 times, and the selection wasn't great, and the taste was pretty mediocre. On two mornings, the hotel temporarily changed the breakfast location due to an event. Perhaps due to a lack of experience, there was no place to sit, and the food was still just okay (this is just my personal taste). One morning, while I was getting ready in the bathroom, I suddenly found myself surrounded by shower bubbles pouring in from the next room! 😂 And on another evening, the toilet got clogged. The good thing is that the hotel was very quick to respond to all these 'incidents'.

This is a brand new hotel that opened this year, so the in-room amenities are naturally new. It even has a small kitchen, but unfortunately, no utensils are provided. The room isn't as spacious as described (40 square feet). The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak, but the hairdryer is very powerful. The room faces the courtyard pool, yet the traffic noise from the main road outside is clearly audible. In the morning, I was woken up by the noisy splashing from the pool – the soundproofing is really poor. There aren't many shops nearby, but ordering from Foodpanda is very convenient. I really appreciate the thoughtful birthday decorations and the extra birthday cake provided. I'm very satisfied with that! 👍

The hygiene was really poor, and the door lock was broken. It left a very bad impression on me. It's significantly worse than even a standard local hotel like a Ji Hotel in China.

（1）The front desk staff were rude and spoke in a sarcastic tone. （2）This hotel has only been open for a few months, but the room reeked of formaldehyde and mildew. It was very uncomfortable to stay in. （3）The bedding was dirty and clearly not changed between guests. There were unidentified biological excretions on the pillow. （4）Breakfast was not a buffet; you could only order one dish, and the portion was tiny, barely enough to fill you up. For over 500 pesos, you can find much better options in Manila. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Location right on a main road. Good breakfast with a great selection.

The hotel is not far from the airport, the facilities are new, the room is spacious, and the staff are very friendly.
