The hotel ambiance superb. Diana and Verlee are very professional and we feel so welcome. Very knowledgeable about their job. Very satisfied all the time we check in. And i feel like im always at home when i visit this hotel. Thank you so much for an excellent job!

Rooms, pillow are clean proper set up. Ameneties are amazing. Verlee of frontdesk is the best. She assisted us very well. James of front desk as well. All customer service, house keeping. Nurse marc who help my kid. Among all of them VERLEE of frontdesk is the best.

We’ve been to Nüwa Hotel several times and every time, it feels like home to our family. We always had a great time since the staffs are very accommodating and kind. The service is great, the rooms are very clean and we enjoy a great view in our rooms. We will surely come back again.

Room is spacious, and clean! Staffs are accomodating and very polite. For my first experience in this hotel I can say that it gave me the best that can ask for. Giving an excelent rating for my overall experience and will definitely return soon!

Excellent from start to finish! The bags were collected from the taxi and escorted to the room once checked in. Zak and my host Lauren looked after me. So very courteous, knowledgeable, attentive and both always with a smile. Thank you both!! The room is first class. Spacious, spotlessly clean, modern. It has everything you need and more. I shall most certainly be back. Go book this hotel now!

No preference selected for smoking or non smoking when booked. with no price difference for both. Smoking room given on check in. $500usd extra to change to non smoking. when there would be no charge if booked on line as non smoking.
