Very good staff, pick up is 350 pesos, drop off at airport is the same. Neighbourhood has laundry shop turn left at shell station. Street food is nearby and Baclaran market is a walk of 10 minutes.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room is simple, but clean.
Reasonable price.

I couldn't sleep due to the sound of the air conditioner...
Even if I change the room... I still can't sleep due to the sound of the air conditioner... I canceled my reservation for the rest of my schedule and moved it to another place. I absolutely do not recommend it.
