Popular Paranaque 4-star Hotels

Stayed on this hotel for one night and we love it. Loved the breakfast buffet so much. I suggest arriving early in the hotel for check-in as there is long lines and it takes us almost 2hrs before we can get to our room even though this is a reserved booking but all in all smooth stay no problems encountered aside from the check-in. It's also good that there are not so much restrictions for example we can go out of the hotel at night or bring outside foods.

Very helpful had a late check out and I only had to pay 100 pesos an hour and they were very understanding. All cool.

The place was good as well as the ambiance

The room is a typical one bedroom condo unit which is good for 2-4 persons. The location is very nice as it is in a high floor (16th floor). It’s clean and the interior is nice. The view is really beautiful specially in the morning. You can cook in the room and I suggest that you should bring your own water to drink as they do not have any water dispenser. They gave us a complimentary coffee and 2 bottles of water. The pool is not available during Monday as it’s the scheduled for cleaning. Over all our stay is really wonderful

Disaster at check in. The Front Desk Manager was as rude as possible. We are asked for a 50 dollar guarantee (in case of breakage/theft), but having neither cash nor credit card (visa debit card only), we are refused the room. After an hour we had to ask the hotel manager and offer to leave our passports as security... The hotel considers itself a 6-star palace. We were not the only customers in this situation. It's a shame. Clean room but engine noise all night.

Seda Manila Bay really exceeded my expectations. As a former hotelier from a Forbes 5 star hotel in PH, I must say they have the best staff. Last nov 4, my son celebrated his bday at Seda Manila Bay and they even gave us a complimentary cake.(Kudos to In-room dining team!) Bellman Ivan assisted us I commend him for being so nice and proactive. Last dec 25-26 we also stayed at Seda ManilaBay and Bellman Ivan recognized me and he helped us with our luggages. Pagbaba ko palang ng car he greeted me ”ma'am welcome back!” with a huge smile on his face. l also commend FO Jerlyn for being so nice and helpful. She offered late check-out for one of our room since the key was given to us medyo late na like around 4pm already. She's so nice to the point na parang we're already friends for a long time.I also commend the bellman who assisted us upon check-in and check-out (i forgot his name) we had a small talk about hotelier life and for using his phone(viber) for work instead of radio and about tips haha! I commend the FO/Bellman team for giving us the best hotel experience and giving us a five star service!

From the moment we left the vehicle to our room, we were welcomed and assisted by the staff. Our 3rd time and for sure we’ll be back for another stay.

Stayed one night after visiting Boracay. I emailed them in advance and asked them to pick me up at the airport. It was room of coral wing of bottom category that stayed, but area and comfort are enough, too. There were 2 toilets. When I checked in, I was asked if I wanted a room on the sea side or the fountain side, so I chose the fountain side. After 6:00 p.m., we could see the fountain show that was held every hour from the living room and bathroom of the room. I can't hear the sound that much. The good points of the room are the large space for luggage, where you can go directly from the entrance, where there is a dresser with bright lights, where there is a non-slip at the bottom of the wide bathtub, where there is a bench in the shower room, And so on. The amenity has a good scent and the air volume of the dryer is sufficient. The touch of the bathrobe was also good. I had an early flight the next morning, so I asked the concierge to arrange a grab for me. . It was a reliable service.

Ambiance and cool room. Very friendly staff. Thank you so much for fast check-in and check-out. Looking forward to stay again. Clean and hygiene bathroom and towels. Complimentary bottled waters and coffee, teas and sugars with creamer are all set. Working appliances including thermos and hair blower. I love the toiletries, complete set, good fragrance. what most I like is the beds and bathroom, very spacious and clean. Kudos
