Visitei em Agosto a pousada e a experiência num geral foi muito boa. O café da manhã é modesto, mas bem completo e gostoso (com exceção do pão de queijo). O funcionário responsável pelo café da manhã, o Aquila, é especialmente atencioso e educado. O ambiente do hotel é bem limpinho e bem cuidado, os caminhos são lindos. As únicas 'reclamações' são sobre o horário da piscina aquecida que abre muito tarde (acredito que 16h) e como estava bem frio na época em que fomos, não foi possível usar a piscina externa de manhã e nem a aquecida. Como fomos no inverno, achei beem gelado o chuveiro (mesmo estando na opção mais quente) e o ar condicionado parecia não esquentar. Além disso, é muito cômodo ter uma cervejaria no próprio hotel, o único problema é que no dia que fizemos checkout, ela estava fechada e é ruim, pois seria ótimo almoçar no próprio hotel e seguir viagem.

Amamos a estadia no Villas de Paraty ❤️ Principalmente do atendimento do Áquila que foi super atencioso e gentil. A piscina aquecida poderia ficar aberta antes das 17 HS em dias mais frios e o restaurante e chopperia Caboré poderia ficar aberto todos os dias...pois precisamos fazer o checkout e fomos obrigados a almoçar no centro de Paraty. Mas de resto foi tudo muito gostoso. Os funcionários atenciosos e o quarto muito limpinho e organizado ... e um café da manhã espetacular ❤️

Restaurante anexo a pousada não abre todos os dias/horários. Não existe serviço de atendimento do restaurante na pousada/piscina Piscina aquecida poderia funcionar antes de 17h principalmente em dias frios Café da manhã repetitivo, pão de queijo duro e frio, poucas opções TV não é smart e com imagem/som muito ruim Banheiro empoça água do chuveiro no box Quarto c/ varanda muito pequeno para 3 pessoas, deveria ser exclusivo p/ 2. Sugestão: importante disponibilizar sombrinhas para deslocamento recepção/café da manhã na chuva Sauna é cobrada e isso não foi informado durante a marcação da reserva

Que pousada maravilhosa, muito espaçosa, piscina muito boa, tem piscina aquecida, hidromassagem, serviço extra de massagem. Café da manhã muito bom, toda a equipe super atenciosa. Tudo muito bem arrumado e limpo. Estacionei o carro na porta do chalé, facilidade para o hóspede. Pousada conta TB com Cervejaria Caboré, local bom para degustação uma boa cerveja e com bons petiscos. Posição da pousada muito boa, fui a pé para o centro. Fiquei muito satisfeito.

A pousada é lida e os funcionários são super educados e prestativos.
A cama era muito mole!
O café da manhã não tem nada haver com as fotos, não tem muita opção e a reposição é demorada. Fomos tomar café as 08h45 e ja estava faltando varias coisas, e demoraram oara repor, sendo que o café vai até as 10h30.
