Resort Hadera by Jacob Hotels

The room (Junior Suite - I think) was a bit old and tired, but it was huge - with a lounge area and a dining table. Sea view was stunning. Very quiet. Breakfast a bit of a disappointment, both the unimaginative - though plentiful - buffet, and the surly service. Public parking just over the road.

Hotel amenties very good. The meals are satisfying, large veraiety of dishes to choose from and very fresh and tasty. There is in-door and out-door pools, both are nice and welcoming and the indoor has also 2 jacuzzis which are warm and nice. There is a beach nearby, only 2min walk, enclosed between 2cliffs with a life-guard hut and a fish resaurant which serves not only fish. The hotel rooms are large with a comfortable bed and an option for 3 kids or 2 extra adults. Rooms have a small refrigerator and an electric kettle which is nice to have a goodcup of coffee first thing in the morning. There is alsoa nice porch with beautiful view of the mediterrenian sea and sunsets. Near the lobby there is also a cafe if looking for something a little better than the hotel dining room. On the low side were few small things - the hotel operator was broken and dialing from the room to the reception had no answer and it took them a day and a half to give us a note with alternative phone number. On the first morning our room was cleaned and the dirty towels been taken away without bringing new towels. When we managed to contact the reception, given the problem with the phone, it took them 3 hours to bring us new towels and we got only 2 towels instead of 4 - another waste of time and effort to get the reception again and request for additional 2. Upon departure we went to the reception to ask for bell-boy cart for our suitcases and the answer was not costumer oriented and not in a positive and welcoming attitude.

Love hotel. Immaculate. The view was fabulous. We were upgraded to a suite, which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was outstanding. .Only critique is that when someone signs up in English all the messages from the resort should be in English.

When other hotels in nearby Netanya were fully booked, our family took 2 rooms for the last 4 days of the Passover holiday at the Hadera Resort Hotel. Despite the place being jammed with families, we enjoyed our quiet rooms at the end of a hallway. One room had a large balcony with a spectacular view of the beach, a great place to enjoy the sunsets over the Mediterranean. The second room had a smaller balcony and a peek-a-boo view of the sea, but was still pleasant to be able to slide open the door to catch the sea breeze. The larger room had a walk in shower with amazing water pressure, while the smaller room had a huge bathroom with bathtub and shower. The fridge, table and chairs in the larger room meant we could enjoy a picnic lunch and the space was great for our 4 -year-old granddaughter to spread out games and puzzles. The indoor pool is spacious and well maintained. Two hot tubs and a dry and wet sauna are a nice bonus. The workout room is large and much better equipped than most hotel workout rooms. Towels are provided at the entrance so you don't have to shlep towels from your room. Food was plentiful and fresh, and the dining room is spacious and has a view of the sea. The lobby is pleasant and there's a small cafe and convenience store attached to the lobby. Hallways and carpets on each floor could do with an update, but the rooms themselves are fresh and clean with newish towels and bedding and very good mattresses. Access to the Givat Olga beach is a 2-minute walk around the side of the hotel.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and generous in size.The restaurant had food a cut above regular catering. The pool was well controlled and the setting of the whole place is just glorious. הצוות ידידותי, החדרים נוחים ונדיבים בגודלם. במסעדה היה אוכל בקנה מידה מעל קייטרינג רגיל. הבריכה הייתה מבוקרת היטב והתפאורה של המקום כולו פשוט מפוארת.

Cleanliness in the hotel was horrible: The room that we received was dirty, the hallway was dirty, even the dining room at 8 am was dirty! When I complained to the receptionist about the room and hallway she said that the hallway will be cleaned shortly, then 2 hours later when I asked again she said that it will be cleaned only the next day. Now it's 11:40 on the next day and it wasn't cleaned yet! Beyond that during breakfast it was obvious that the salads and some of the pastries were not prepared on the same day (one of the employees even admitted to that).

great hotel? one of the best in its price range in israel (if not the best). great food (we were halfboard) . good ingoor swimming pool an spa , huge external swimming pool, an a beutyfull beach just 100 meters from the hotel. very friendly staff , nice room (we had the deluxe suite) with a sea view - all the rooms have sea view- and the view is beutyfull!!!

Loved this Hadera beach hotel The reservation agent was extremely helpful, although we never received an email confirmation or a call to schedule our spa treatments in advance if our arrival, as promised The facility is beautiful and very clean The room was comfortable and the pool areas were delightful We loved the spa treatments, although the spa areas were tight and not too luxurious Would love to see friendlier and more attentive service on future stays but we do plan to return to this beautiful place in the Hadera beach
