Good for a simple stay. Not luxury, but you're not expecting that anyway. They have a bed, a table, a shower, toiletries and towels. It's enough for a place to stay. Parking is free and the wifi works well. Location works well as it is easy to get to anywhere in the city from here. There is also a restaurant right next door, which is convenient.

Room was perfectly fine as a place to lay your head and the wifi worked well, as well as the a/c. The shower head was a little low though so I had to squat and the sink and bathtub both drained pretty slow. The toilet didn't flush correctly unless you held the handle down for a little bit and the toilet paper seemed pretty co****. The furniture was a bit dated and there were cigarette burns in the bedspread. There was plenty of parking though and the location was good. They did clean the room and provided turndown service each day though, which was a pleasant surprise.

Conveniently located, friendly staff, clean room. My room had a couch, which was really nice.
Commode was low to the ground, which is great kids and short people. Being that I’m 5’10” it took some getting used to.
The only issue was noise from young kids driving loud vehicles along Loop 286 at 3:00am.

The toilets were extremely bad I had my 4 year old son trying to use the bathroom and notice urine all around the toilet under the toilet the mirrors had stuff all over them.
Front desk was nice
Unfortunately the room just did not seem clean at all!

Bathroom walls and shower curtain had mold on them..
Guest above our room baby ran and stumped all night and into the morning.
TV played for about an half an hour and kept cutting off…

Property was convenient located but that was all the positive. Room furniture was worn out and sagging, the television was not working properly (wide lines across screen), towels were stained and dirty looking, no amenities as advertised (breakfast, coffee, iron, safe etc). Cheap but you get what you pay for.
