Paris 16th arrondissement-Passy 4-star Hotels

I have so many wonderful things to say about this hotel. The location is perfect. Tucked in down a side street, a block across from the Champs Elysées, you can walk up to the Arc de Triomphe and also be in the 16th or 17th in 5 minutes. Or down to Tuleries and Concorde in a short walk, or across to the Eiffel Tower and the 7th. I walked everywhere. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I checked in smoothly at just after 3pm and my room was ready. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I had a great night’s sleep, the room was quiet and soundproofed. It was nice to be able to watch TV from home, as well as French TV. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were again very kind and making sure all the guests were happy. The restaurant is airy and comfortable. Sadly I only stayed for one night as it was a flying visit, but I’ll definitely be back to stay at this hotel. Meet the four-star, excellent location, not far from the subway station, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, surrounding shops, restaurants, quiet, next to Carrefour community store, rich items; breakfast is rich, pure Western , Coffee, tea are available, the service is in place (the waiter helps you prepare coffee and related according to your requirements), honey, cheese, a variety of yogurt, etc.; the room is small, each room is furnished with a little art design coffee table or sofa, enough It’s not big enough. If there are too many boxes, it’s not easy to put. There is heating and no extra bed. We have children. We booked a few rooms. Each child has a bed. There is a small courtyard. It’s easy to park. In short, it is quite satisfactory. LP said that he will come to live next time, the price is relatively expensive, basically white.

Where do I begin.... This was the most lovely, boutique hotel only a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower! The staff was amazing! We had reached out to them before we ever even got to Paris with a variety of questions. They responded immediately. The manager, Annabelle, was always ready to greet us as we came and went from the hotel (as was all the front desk staff). This is a very small hotel (which is what we wanted), so the staff is always able to help their guests. We had breakfast included in our week long stay. They always had the most amazing scrambled eggs, pastries, cut up fresh fruit, yogurt, etc... Yummy!!! And, the staff at breakfast were always smiling and attentive. The room we had was small (this is Paris!!!) but was laid out beautifully to accommodate all the clothes we brought! LOL We had a little balcony where we could see the Eiffel Tower. See Pic! The beds were amazingly comfortable and the hotel was VERY quiet! Their towels were big, soft and smelled lovely!!! We had a couple of us in our group that suffer from allergies and the pillows were all down. When I asked for hypo-allergenic pillows they went and bought some specifically for us!!! WOW!!!!! Now that is service!!! It was my grandmother's 80th birthday and they made it so special for her by decorating her room. WOW again!!! I cannot tell you how lovely the staff was here...if you want a huge, impersonal hotel, this is not the place for you. If you want a quaint, boutique experience with perfect customer service...this is your place!!!!

Just had three nights at this hotel and cannot fault it at all. The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are lovely and the beds are so comfy! Perfect after a day walking around sight seeing. Hotel is in perfect location for a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and public transport. Xiaver one of the staff is super helpful, and a credit to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant

I ordered a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and I was given a room on the top floor, but the price of 6k felt like a big mistake... There is no balcony, and only half of the tower can be seen from the window of the room, and the angle is particularly picky, the window It cannot be fully opened, so people and scenes cannot be photographed together. The side of the hotel is not busy, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the iron tower. The price/performance ratio is extremely low... There are many hotels with the same price, so I don't recommend it...

Friendly Staff, Good location, but very noisy room, it is impossible to sleep , the street noise are very annoying, feel you are sitting in tne street. We ask to chang our room but they expailn they are full and all rooms are like that. I have no idea how other guests slept here and made a good review! Safe box had problem, takes 1 hour to fix and eeveral time coming to room. Still not working correctly. Very old facilities. Not recommand , specially if you have problem with noise!

I am not sure where the negative reviews came from but I had an enjoyable stay for one night. I work for a company whose HQ is nearby so I know the other hotels in the area. My room was spacious with a lovely couch and table, a good working area. The wardrobe space was adequate for me but might be a bit small for a couple who actually unpack and are there for a week. Tea and coffee making facilities were appreciated. The bathroom had a separate bath and large shower. Bathrobe and slippers are included. Although the room was right on the road I could barely hear anything and the blackout curtains worked well. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. I was well rested the next day. Compared to other hotel rooms in nearby hotels I know the fit and finish was good and the room was well maintained. Perhaps the hotel has responded to the feedback from other reviews? The breakfast was the standard fare for a French hotel i.e. more than adequate. The viennoisseries were particularly good. I only wish there was some loyalty scheme.

The location of the hotel is neat and tidy, so it's a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Is it coming from the carpet? There was a bit of a smell of dust, and it was unfortunate that the bathroom was not ventilated. I left the window open at night, and a lot of insects came in. What should I do with the ventilation?. If I don't open the window, there are no insects at all.

We stayed 2 nights at the Canopy and LOVED it. The location couldn't be better Took the train from Disneyland right to Trocadero stop maybe a 5 min walk. Even our tour to Normandy, the stop was at the train station Trocadero. All of the employees were so nice and accomadating, answering any questions we had. Our room was so nice overlooking the street with the Eiffel Tower in view. The rooftop bar and grill a must do! Beautiful views! Our room was big, clean and cool. The bed very comfortable. We walked to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs in about 15 min. We were so sad to leave The Canopy, we hope to be back. Such wonderful atmosphere.

This gem of a hotel and its staff were simply magnificent. My husband and two daughters (12 and 9 yrs old) stayed here for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. From the lobby staff, to the amazing bell staff, each person was incredibly kind and welcoming. The lobby area is chic yet cozy. The rooms were excellent. We stayed in the penthouse suite and the shades were top notch - allowed us to enjoy the skylights during the day but get our beauty rest at night. The location was fantastic. One of the best surprises was the pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna in the basement. I don't feel like you see that in smaller European hotels and it was beautiful. Wonderful to help with our jet lag and after a long day of touring. Finally, I would re-emphasize the professionalism and great service provided by the staff. We visited Paris during strike activity throughout the city. The staff was incredibly communicative about how the strike and protests could impact its guests. On our final day, we forgot to schedule a car (despite multiple reminders by the hotel, this was our fault!) and had a heck of time getting transportation to the train station. We were convinced we were going to miss our train. However, staff immediately jumped into help, trying to get through to local taxi services, etc. When that didn't work, they sent two of their bellman out into the neighborhood to try and track down a cab. It was above and beyond, and we we were incredibly grateful. I would most certainly stay here again!
