I was very surprised at how nice this hotel is. The pool area is beautiful and most importantly; the whole place is clean!! Nice staff too

Staff was friendly. Room was as it should have been. One of my pet peeves is a tub or sink that does not drain properly & I had this issue. Parking was seemingly quite adequate. The property is older, a bit tired, but well maintained. Breakfast was microwaveable sandwiches with some trimmings so it was acceptable. They had snack bags out which included an orange, granola & bottle of water, which was greatly appreciated. For what it is, it's not a bad place to stay.

We did not stay at this property. ******* was suppose to cancel our reservation and not charge use. Pool was closed. No breakfast bar as advertised and our room stank so bad it was all we could do to walk in it and right back out. No way this room was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Desk clerk was no help.

Mixed review for this hotel. Pros:. Large room, plenty of towels, clean linens, toilet and shower area looked clean, good water pressure and temperature, all locks worked on the exterior door, room had small fridge and microwave, hotel is under renovation to make improvements, pool area looked clean and had plenty of seating, outdoor areas with seating for congregating, clean exterior areas and well lit parking areas, very friendly and competent staff. Cons:. Dirty duvet cover, spider webs and dust on surfaces, debris on the carpet that was not vacuumed, TV remote wouldn't work, very noisy parking lot through the night. If one area of the room wasn't cleaned well, it's reasonable to speculate about the rest of the room. I might stay again, would bring earplugs next time.

We have begun staying here when we take our son to Bethel University. It is by far our families best option and for the price it’s awesome! Yes it could use a bit of updating but the beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean though the jacuzzi tub in room 155 is cracked but it works! The staff is awesome! They already know us by sight and ask how our drive in was and just genuinely kind. Help us find food and our way around. We literally book out for months when we know we are coming! Home away from home for the next 4 years!

We stayed in the recently renovated rooms. Had no complaints about the room. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the continental breakfast was good. However, it was difficult to sleep because a group of hotel guests were hanging out drinking hard liquor and being rowdy immediately outside of our rooms while we were trying to go to sleep. The hotel staff didn’t seem surprised by this, which makes me think it is not a rare occurrence.

This hotel on the east end of Paris is several cuts above the average budget Quality Inn. The rooms are large and best of all in good condition. The breakfast is OK as is the service. It is an exterior corridor property with several two-story buildings. This is probably the best hotel option withing 30 miles.
