We'd booked our stay back in 2020 but unfortunately this was delayed due to the pandemic. We were therefore so pleased when we were able to finally have our break away in Paris and Juliette and the team were nothing but friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is situated in the arty area of Paris and is ideally located to both Temple and Republique Metro stations (the latter of which is a 5-10 minute trip to Gare Du Nord, so handy for the Eurostar!) I would certainly recommend the hotel if you want a quieter stay but with easy access to the main sights.

As a solo female traveller I requested a room on a higher floor, up on the 8th floor you have a great view of the roof top and I could see Sacré-Cœur Basilica from my window! As the room was ok the eaves the floor space was larger than I expected but you do need to mind your head. The room and bathroom js basic but has everything you need for a pleasant city break. There are some basic toiletries included. The rooms have a safe which is helpful given you have to leave your room key with the hotel when you go out. The reception is 24/7 so this is no issue. The hotel is close to a number of metro stations so it is easy to get around. The staff were friendly, I found speaking a little bit of french to be well received but they were happy to speak in English.

I suffered ignorantly because of some errors. The hotel does not provide: 1. No hotel pick up service.     I got off at the train station and it's very hard to find a taxi.     So I called the hotel but just wait     We waited incredibly and eventually walked 30 minutes away.     There is no bus .... 2. They said that they would provide a bus from the hotel to the airport. All other parts are very satisfying but a little far from Versailles.
