Typical apartment-style hotel. It's located on the outskirts of Paris, about a 10-minute walk from Metro Line 4, which is quite convenient. The breakfast selection is limited and the same every day. For stays under 8 days, there's no room cleaning service and towels aren't changed; if you need cleaning, you have to pay extra. As it's an apartment hotel, it has more facilities like a fridge, microwave, induction hob, and dishwasher, making it suitable for self-catering.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Downstairs, there's a Korean K Mart supermarket. While the prices are a bit steep, the food quality is good. Their bottled water is the most expensive, but almost every new arrival buys it because there are no other options nearby. In reality, there's a large Monoprix supermarket about a 5-minute walk away, with much more reasonable prices. The hotel's hygiene is decent, but service is practically non-existent. They only provide four coffee capsules, and if you run out, you have to buy more yourself. If you need fresh towels, each one costs 2 Euros to replace. This is the first time I've encountered this after visiting so many countries, but that's just how Paris is – if you have money, everything's fine.

I chose this hotel for my trip to Paris to watch the Roland Garros tennis tournament. It's an aparthotel located in the 16th arrondissement, away from the bustling city center, offering a quiet, safe, and convenient stay. Paris's public transportation is excellent; there are bus stops right outside and a metro station just a few minutes' walk away. Cafes and small supermarkets are also easily accessible. Getting to popular attractions by bus was incredibly convenient. There were plenty of buses running until around midnight. I was able to stay out by the Seine until 11 PM and still catch a bus back to the hotel. My room had a fully equipped kitchenette, allowing me to prepare my own meals. **Facilities:** Everything matched the description. There was a small balcony perfect for sunbathing, a large wardrobe, hangers, a bathtub, a dining table, and more. **Cleanliness:** The bathroom and toilet were in separate rooms, which was a nice touch. **Environment:** The surroundings were quiet and safe. Coffee and iced water were complimentary. **Service:** The front desk was staffed 24 hours a day. Breakfast at the hotel was very convenient, and the French bread, especially the baguettes, was truly authentic and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel brand. It's much more comfortable than Ibis. I forgot to take pictures again!

The hotel is located in a residential area. Very quiet and grocery stores and bakeries in the area. Easy connections for travel to the city center, tram T2 from Belvedere station (5 min walking) to La Defense subway station and M1 to the city. Clean rooms, clean and spacious bathroom. The only downside was the chairs aspect (studio apartment), the upholstery was damaged and I don’t understand why they didn’t fix it. It’s a minor issue but with high impact when you enter the room. Otherwise, everything perfect.

The location is fantastic, with Metro lines 9 and 12, plus various bus routes, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The room was also quite spacious (though, coming straight from Japan, everything feels bigger!). Everything was great overall. I highly recommend getting a weekly pass – it's a no-brainer. Even for just one stop, take the metro; it's a breeze! Just remember to make sure you tap your card successfully when boarding, as I personally saw ticket checks on the bus.

Very close to the Cour Saint-Émilion metro station—just a 7-minute ride to Châtelet. The hotel is next to Bercy Village, which was essential for our needs. Overall, this aparthotel is decent but a bit dated. Downsides include dim lighting in my room, weak water pressure in the shower, and an okay bed. There are also odd rules about the self-laundry; the machines turn off after 11 PM without warning, but they did provide an immediate refund. Still, it offers good value for staying near the Paris city center.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, so guess I am a loyal customer in here. The 12th arrondissement of Paris is quite pleasant, with the metro station Daumesnil nearby, several Auchan and Lidl supermarkets, many cafes and restaurants, and pharmacies within walking distance. It is also just a 15-minute walk to the ”Nation” RER A station. The hotel room has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine, making it a great convenience. Jakub, the receptionist, was very helpful with our check-in and check-out, and we are especially grateful for his assistance.

The actual apartment is quite different from the pictures on website which can be misleading. It’s too costly for the kind of apartment we are getting. definitely over-rated. Apartment is not housekept on a daily basis for our 5D4N stay. won’t come back. 🥹

it supposed to be a comfortable trip to paris, but at night we couldnt really rest as it is really cold in the room, the heating doesnt work, they moved us 3 times to a different room, and the last room's heating work okay( still not hot enough) but there is no hot water at night. Sad to say that im not happy with our stay in this hotel, the staff was nice but doesnt speak much english, so they couldnt help us whats the problem in the beginning.

Most reviews said the location in the courtyard was hard to find, but it was actually quite easy; the driver dropped us right at the entrance. The lobby had a slightly strong perfume smell. The biggest issue was the room itself. We booked a quad room, but it only had one bed made of two single beds pushed together and a single sofa. But that wasn't the worst part. The most uncomfortable thing was that the room was divided into two by a sliding door, so the ”living room” (the other separated room) was completely open to the kitchen, and the kitchen's ventilation couldn't be turned off, making noise all night. The only convenient thing was the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. I completely forgot to take photos, but that's basically the room layout.

The aparthotel is a 3-minute walk from Sacré-Cœur. It has a full kitchen, a small but adequate ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a hairdryer, and an iron. It has an excellent heating system, and the windows are also good, so despite the cold weather in Paris, the room was at a comfortable temperature. It's not noisy, even though it's in a nightlife area. Breakfast is an option, but it's not worth it for the price. There are also two Carrefour supermarkets very close by; the nearest one is very small, so the one on the avenue is worth it. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young man who greeted us and saw us off on our last day. I don't remember his name, but he had blue eyes and was very pleasant. Highly recommended.
