Great Service. Front Desk Claire gave a warm welcome to me when I first been to Paris. Really appreciate that. Nice environment for the hotel. Will visit again.

Very nice location. Large clean rooms. Very pleasant and professional staff. The breakfast was very good. One point to add is airport shuttle pick up and drop off. It is located at a single place at the airport, so you have to get there for pickup before the last shuttle pickup and find a way to get to you correct terminal after drop off. My wife uses wheelchair assistance in the airport, so we wish we had known this so we would have just planned on a taxi ride.

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. the room was very clean and comfortable and very quiet it felt like we were the only ones there. The foyer was light and airy and made for a very pleasant stay.

I had flown 16,000km to CDG and I found getting to Roissy confusing when tired, despite speaking French. CDG is huge and if you walk the wrong way, you miss the signs to the free shuttle thingy. Then, I had no idea there were 2 Ibis hotels next to each other. With that sorted out, the stay was ok. You don't get much in an Ibis, but more than you would in a Formule 1. There are a couple of restos and a bar in the ground floor complex. But this is not a French village - all very modern.

Arrived CDG via TGV for next morning's flight. No information on the hotel website about where to catch their shuttle, so had to take 45 euro taxi to hotel (more than the room cost!). Shuttle the following morning - you have to pay for it, different from previous stays - only stops at Terminal 3 (also different). This is a long and inconvenient distance - especially with baggage - to my departure at 2a (or anywhere in Terminal 2.) Definitely would not recommend staying here as long as the shuttle does not make any stop at Terminal 2. No air conditioning during the European heat wave. Did not use 24 hour check-in. (Note: hotel only seems to respond to positive reviews.)

Ok. I had to write a review because here are so many bad reviews I needed to have my say. This hotel is 1 star so expect it to be basic. No kettle in your room but that’s fine. We used it as an overnight stay on our way to Disneyland. It’s perfect for that. There is heating and the room is warm and cosy. 2 single beds and a bunk over them. Fine for us. We had 2 rooms as there were 5 of us. It’s small and very similar to a motel but I like that. No long corridors to drag luggage through. Not much space to put stuff but we had one bag for overnight so it was fine for us. It has everything you need, a bed, tv, toilet and shower. It was clean, fairly quiet, nice and dark at night and warm. Across the road is a supermarket and fuel station. 5 min drive is a shopping outlet and Ikea. We had a great nights sleep and would use this hotel again for a stopover again.

Absolute trash of a hotel. I sent a message 6 days before I was to arrive alerting the hotel of when I needed the shuttle bus. They did not check their hotels.com messages and therefore did not have a space for me. I had to walk to the bus stop with large awkward suitcases. It gets better. I asked the man who worked at the hotel if I could pay in cash on the bus. He said yes of course. That was false. While walking to the bus station with my awkward luggage the shuttle bus driver saw me and told me in French to go to the hotel and take the next shuttle. Yeah? Good idea. Anyway, I stumbled on the bus with luggage and the prepared 2 euro and the lady told me only credit card or whatever transit card is used in France. I looked like a touristy ***** and thankfully she didn't kick me off. Another issue, I specifically booked the hotel with the intent to pay in cash when I arrived (a valid option). They charged my card instead of letting me pay in cash. I did tell them I would be arriving late, but again that message was not received. Lastly, there is no information where to catch the shuttle bus from the airport on their website. I searched for over 30 minutes but CDG is a huge airport and eventually settled for a taxi. I waited 1.5 hours at 23:30 for a taxi. The taxi driver asked me why I didn't take the shuttle bus. Good question. Bad breakfast buffet. I was told France has the best croissants in the world. Definitely not here. I've had better croissants in China. The only decent thing about breakfast was the yogurt. Usually I believe in the ”you get what you pay for” concept. But for 125 Euros, this wasn't exactly the cheap option. I would avoid this hotel at any cost. In my 2.5 month trip this was by a large margin the worst experience I had. On to the next.

The hotel means whats is to be meant. They hold an antique furniture which we think it's nice. The WIFI provided is completely the worst possible! I have read some complaints about it but I thought it could be a punctual problem. But its not, it belongs to the hotel. They don't provide an acceptable internet(which nowadays it's essential) service, so consider to have a sim card before. The staff are friendly, the cleanliness are good and the breakfast you can find typical french food with excellent breads, croissants and cheeses. The room is well comfortable and silent, we had an excellent night sleep after a long trip. One point that in my opinion must be improved is the shuttle service, the last shuttle to the airport departs at 1045h local time, if you lose this time you get to pay them 10EUR to go to CDG. Many others hotels in the same are offer almost a 24h shuttle service. The neighborhood is amazing, you can find very cozy restaurants and mini markets.
