Certes, les avis sur l’établissement ne sont pas complaisants, faisant craindre des punaises de lit ou des cafards. Il n’en est rien. Ne vous méprenez pas non plus, nous sommes bien loin du Ritz… mais ce n’est pas pour ça que nous signons. Au vu de prix, le service est proposé est très correct et même plutôt bon. Les chambres sont globalement propres, comme les douches et les toilettes. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est en outre une surprise agréable. Quelques points d’améliorations tout de même sur la propreté mais une bonne solution d’hébergement (très) ponctuel sur Paris.

The youth hostel is located 300 meters from the tram stop (via Vitruve Square) and 500 meters from the Porte de Bagnolet metro station (small supermarket next to the metro station). The receptionists are pleasant. Our room was very decent: shower and sink in the room (toilet on the landing), free wifi. The breakfast was also very good: cereals, yogurts, fruit, bread, jams, butter, honey, hot and cold drinks. We enjoyed the pool game at the bar in the evening. Only downside: the soundproofing (you can hear the doors slamming a lot) and the smells in the toilets.

I recommend this hostel. They allowed us to check in early without a problem, and at least two people at the reception spoke Spanish and they were all very friendly. The breakfast is super good, especially in terms of price-quality. The room was good, just right for sleeping. As for the location, despite not being very close to the center, it is very quiet and safe, you can easily reach the tourist spots either by transport or on foot. Anyway, I recommend this hostel!

The hotel is unsanitary, never cleaned thoroughly from floor to ceiling, everything is stained or moldy, dust, papers were around the mattress. Furthermore, while inspecting the mattresses we found bedbugs! Thank you for the gift. The building being very large, it mainly accommodates schoolchildren, which means a lot of people in the cafeteria in particular and a lot of noise. The rooms all have magnetic closures with a card, which implies permanent and loud door slamming on the floor... I am surprised that the national education system approves this kind of place, dirty and undoubtedly outside of safety standards. The food at the self-service restaurant is not good: the salad in the starters is wilted, the tabbouleh is served 3 days in a row. Same fate for the desserts which were from the day before and in large quantities because of poor quality. If there is no more beef or fish (school passes required) we will make you fries! Employees do what they can, it's management's choices that are wrong. On Saturdays, the basement transforms into a neighborhood nightclub... convenient for relaxing! In short, one of the filthiest youth hostels I have ever visited. To flee

We came as a group for a stay of a few days in Paris. The advantage of this youth hostel is that for a reasonable price we are in Paris. The welcome was really good. The places to sleep are correct and are sufficient for the night. Everyone in the group enjoyed this hostel.
