Friendly staff who was able to accommodate earlier check in. Convenient location. The only problem we had was that the bathroom mirror light didn’t work.

Très bel hôtel en plein centre de Paris à proximité de toutes commodités et transports. L'accueil fût chaleureux, le personnel aux petit soins. Dès la réception vous vous sentez à l'aise dans une ambiance feutrée créée par une décoration raffinée. Malheureusement, par manque de temps, je n'ai pas pu profiter du superbe spa se trouvant au sous-sol. Ce sera pour la prochaine fois, sans doute !!

Je mets 3 étoiles car nous étions 2 dans une chambre pour une.. pas assez de peignoir et chambre minuscule. Et la chambre paraissait très ancienne, la moquette n’était pas propre en plus d’être vieille..

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and super helpful when we had any questions and responded to requests very quickly. Our room was quite small as you’d expect for Paris but it was nicely decorated and very clean. The spa is a wonderful feature of the hotel, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is well located within a short walk of 2 metro stations. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hôtel situé près de la gare St Lazare, bien desservi par plusieurs transports en commun. Environnement calme et bordé par nombreux bars et restaurants. Hôtel propre, personnel accueillant. Le coin SPA est agréable, relaxant et est ouvert de 8h à 22h.
