THEY DID NOT GIVE ME THE INVOICE, WHICH IS A LEGAL OBLIGATION. I asked them for the invoice when I left and they said they would send it by email. A week later they don't respond to my messages and still haven't sent my invoice.

The bedroom was pretty, and the windows were very nice. The biggest problem is that this hotel is not air conditioned. We left the windows open all night, and bugs came in. A really uncomfortable night. I wish that I had realized that this hotel did not have air conditioning -- I wouldn't have booked it for a room in June.

The curtains in the room were spotted and dirty. The management were very angry that i reported to ******* that there were no utensils provided for the kitchenette. There was no coffee pot - only a kettle. There is a massive construction project underway just beside this property. Hard to believe this is a 3-star property.
