le premier soir ,ni eau chaude , ni chasse d'eau ;nous l'avons signalé dès le lendemain matin ,aucune réparation n'a été faite ,et nous avons changé de chambre pour la deuxième nuit ;c'était très gênant ,surtout pour les wc

Veramente un ottimo hotel a pochi chilometri fuori dal centro di Parigi. Posizione ottima vicino la metropolitana M 6 ed M 7 a place d’Italie. Camere un po’ datate ma dotate di tutti i comfort.Ottimo Wi-Fi.Set bagno incluso. Riscaldamento centralizzato ma funzionante egregiamente. Il personale alla reception super gentile. Per godersi Parigi per qualche giorno sicuramente quest’hotel è una buona soluzione a poco prezzo.

No tenía A.C y hacía muchísimo calor en Paris, es verdad que había un ventilador pero no era suficiente. Necesitaría un lavado de cara, está un poquito deteriorado. Y la limpieza deja mucho que desear.

We had a reservatio of two rooms. One of them was in a very bad condition and we think that the clean was not made correctly of that room.

Nous sommes arrivées et réparties en courant! hôtel insalubre et punaises de lit partout dans les chambres le personnel est désagréable et évidemment non remboursées pour notre weekend. Le monsieur nous a gentiment dit qu'il ne ferait rien que ce n'était pas des punaises de lit et que limite c'était propre alors que tout y était dans les draps , les sols étaient décollés les meubles sales la salle de bain immonde. A fuir!!!! Ne mettez pas un pied là bas nous allons poursuivre l'hôtel et le faire inspecter c'est une honte, on en a pas fini avec eux!
