Hotel is new, room is clean.
But the room wi-fi cannot use at all.
Complained at front desk and they keep promise will fix it.
In the end after my 5 days stay still haven't fixed.

Pleasant and comfortable stay. Clean room and comfortable bed. Varied and abundant breakfast.
It's a shame that the receptionist at check out was unable to print my invoice despite leaving me waiting for 20 minutes... the only negative note.

No comments on the hotel itself, not having been able to stay there. Planned stay to accompany my son suffering from cancer to the nearby Pompidou hospital, but he was untransportable a few days before. The hotel was notified by requesting the cancellation of the reservation refused by the hotel which is confined to its internal policy. Faced with so much understanding, hotel removed from my list for a future stay in Paris.
