Positive reviews are likely fake. Deceptive photos of the actual hotel and actual hotel room; very small room hotel room and narrow hallways. Don't pay before seeing the room. Old linens in room. No refund policy. NOT WORTH IT, Better options available

We booked this hotel because for the price it had decent reviews. As far as location goes, it’s fine. It’s a little east of the main parts of the city but easy access on metro. We stayed there during winter and was near impossible to get the room warm and keep it warm. Thus, sleeping was difficult even though the bed was large and comfortable. The shower was also nice and strong. Biggest complaint is breakfast. They made it seem like it was included in your stay but was actually €12 per person for a small croissant and either extremely runny eggs or way to overcooked scrambled. If budget is your only concern then you may be fine, but I would rather spend a bit more on a different hotel for a more comfortable stay.

Piccolo hotel molto carino a 2 passi dalla linea 2 della metropolitana (e 5 minuti a piedi dalla linea 3). Le zone comuni dell'hotel sono molto eleganti, nella hall è presente una macchinetta per le bevande (caffè, latte, cappuccini....) completamente gratuita per gli opsiti. Un pochino "risicate" le scale e l'ascensore ma in compenso le camere sono belle ampie (la nostra era una tripla), con un bagno degno di questo nome. Livello di pulizia ottimo. Secondo me il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo.

Great location - short walk to various different Metro options. Lots of bar, cafe and restaurant options nearby - we loved Soif bar and Charbon brasserie. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated - very cool and contemporary with nice touches. Very comfortable bed, powerful shower, Bluetooth speaker, triple glazing that kept all the street noise out. There is a bit of noise from the air filtration system that is always there - like a quiet fan - might bother some people. Breakfast was good for the price. The lift is TINY!! but we loved that as there were only two of us. We didn’t get chance to try the hammam - hopefully next time. Be careful to read the instructions for the safe so you don’t lock your passports in there and panic as you can’t get them out on your last day - thank you to the manager Ijlal for sorting that out for us!

Mon chéri et moi avons passé un agréable moment au hamman privatif. L'endroit est accueillant et propre, le personnel sympathique, à l'écoute. La chaleur et la vapeur sont optimales ... nous avons bien transpiré et éliminé ! Nous reviendrons !

The staff of the hotel is super friendly and helpfull. We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect with two metrolines in the neighbourhood. Rooms are spacious and clean. And there is a broad choice of restaurants at walking distance.

L'hôtel est joliment décoré et j'ai été bien accueilli, dommage que l'alarme incendie ai sonné 4 fois dans la nuit, pire nuit de ma vie! Aucune excuses le lendemain, comme s'il ne c'était rien passé alors que nous venions tous de passer une nuit d'enfer!!! J'ai demandé un geste, car venant a l'hôtel pour me reposer, je n'étais pas en forme pour aller au travail le lendemain! L'hôtel me propose une journée au spa, merci c'est gentil, sachant que l'hôtel n'a pas de spa mais uniquement un hammam, je ne compte pas venir me dépêcher une journée au hammam. Un geste aurait été le bienvenu après une nuit pareil.
