Apartment WS Opera - Galeries Lafayette

J'ai adoré l'appartement car je me trouvais juste à côté des grands magasins comme les Galeries Lafayette ou les Printemps. La cour intérieure de l'immeuble est très mignonne est bien entretenue. J'ai profité de chaque instant sur Paris. Le personnel m'a beaucoup aidé quand j'en avait besoin.

Excellent séjour, appartement très bien situé, propre et fonctionnel. Il est très bien insonorisé avec un accès facile. Nous étions à 4 personnes, hébergement idéal pour un séjour touristique avec des accès très rapide au métro.

J'avais déjà séjourné dans cet appartement et je peux vous dire déjà que la photo n'est plus contractuelle. Le canapé lit a été remplacé par un lit deux places. Ce qui est très dommageable, il n y a plus d'espace séjour seulement deux chambres avec lit double. C'est donc très difficile d'y manger à 4. Ensuite, à l'arrivée dans l'appartement, il était 21h30 avec mon bébé de deux mois, j'ai eu la désagréable surprise de voir que l'appartement été déjà occupé. L'explication la plus probable, car je n'ai jamais eu le fin mot de l'histoire, était que les codes de porte étaient identiques (grave problème de sécurité, que j'ai pu constater moi même) et que la personne s'était tout simplement trompée de porte. J'ai bien entendu appelé la conciergerie et la personne que j'ai eu au téléphone était complétement dépassée, j'ai du gérer moi même le problème. C'est à dire aider la personne qui s'était trompée à transvaser ses affaires dans son appartement et à rester dans le mien qui avait été habité une journée par cette personne (lit défait, serviette sale et vaisselle sale dans l'évier). J'ai bien entendu demandé un geste commerciale suite à l'incident, et je dois avouer avoir été très déçu. Sur un séjour à 900€ seul une nuit nous a été remboursé. C'est bien peu par rapport au désagrément et au problème de sécurité rencontré. Et enfin, l'étage qui est constitué de plusieurs appartements ne propose aucun lit bébé. C'est regretable.

Foot of beds that moved so very unstable bed !! We spent 3 nights there before being offered accommodation. Very small apartment, difficult to eat on the table given the lack of space but very well done photos because the decor is much prettier in the photos than in real life. The thinness of the walls allows you to get to know your neighbors and those who pass in the corridor. In short, a real immersion in the life of a Parisian!!

I had already stayed in this apartment and I can already tell you that the photo is no longer contractual. The sofa bed has been replaced by a double bed. What is very damaging, there is no more living space, only two bedrooms with double beds. It is therefore very difficult to eat there at 4. Then, on arrival in the apartment, it was 9:30 p.m. with my two-month-old baby, I had the unpleasant surprise to see that the apartment was already occupied . The most probable explanation, because I never had the end of the story, was that the door codes were identical (serious security problem, which I could see myself, code for the person of ws which reads 2108*) and that the person had simply chosen the wrong door. I of course called the concierge and the person I had on the phone was completely overwhelmed, I had to manage the problem myself. That is to say, to help the person who had made a mistake to transfer his belongings to his apartment and to stay in mine which had been inhabited one afternoon by this person (unmade bed, dirty towel and dirty dishes in the sink) . I of course asked for a commercial gesture following the incident, and I must admit that I was very disappointed. On a stay of 900€ only one night was refunded to us. This is very little compared to the inconvenience and the security problem encountered. And finally, the floor which is made up of several apartments does not offer any cot. It's regrettable.
