Hello! Completely misleading and false photos. A room like this, especially with this type of bathroom, should never accommodate people. I have never stayed in such a disappointing hotel! The bathroom was a joke, with no shower stall and the smell in the room was extremely unpleasant, something similar to Disel... I asked the employee to come up to see and not only him, but another person agreed that it was unpleasant! I simply arrived and turned around, disappointed that there was no refund, as even the employees agreed with me about my complaints. The only good memory of this place is their excellent service!

I stayed because the reviews were good, but it was the worst hotel.There were a lot of ants inside and around the kettle. At first, I didn't complain because we arrived late and I didn't want to ruin our trip. When we went for breakfast in the morning we were told we couldn't have breakfast without any explanation even though we asked about it the night before. The reception staff were rude and not interested in helping us. The unreasonable rudness here is the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel. We both feel the front desk staff's attitude, tone of voice, and service spirit were the worst.
